This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is centrally located in Ocean Grove with a short walk (of only 400m) to the beach and local shopping precinct and cafes. With a mix of retro style and modern comforts, large living spaces and superb upper deck and entertaining areas areas.
This delightful home offers 4 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and huge open living area, while being walking distance of Ocean Grove main beach and right down the road to Barwon Heads bluff. The air-conditioned main living area features a flat screen TV with DVD player and an original, mid-century, retro lounge suite. While the second living area is setup with another cosy lounge and a book case fully stocked with playstation games and videos for rainy-day fun. Off-street parking is also provided, with room for up to three vehicles.
You are spoilt for choice with outdoor living at the Bright House, with a huge rear deck equipped with a gas BBQ and a quality outdoor setting for 8. The enormous deck space is the perfect place to spend those lazy, sun drenched holiday mornings with a coffee, roll out a yoga mat or set up a roof top bar for those balmy summer evenings. The fully secured backyard means that you won't have to worry about your little people or fur babies (we are pet-friendly – but only for those who sleep outside).
Whatever your reason for visiting our beautiful town, you will find The Bright House the perfect destination to suit your needs, and one that you will want to return to every time you think about a relaxing, beach-side time away.
Bedding Configuration: The home is configured to comfortably sleep any combination of adults and children up to a maximum of 13:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed
Bedroom 2: Double + Single bed
Bedroom 3: One Queen bed
Bedroom 4: 2 Bunk Beds with Double beds on the bottom and single beds on the top. (4 beds in total)
Linen: All bed linen and bath towels for your stay is supplied so all you have to bring is your beach towels.
