Good value for money
The apartment has coffee capsule, but once the machine didn't give it out after we paid. (One out of four)

I usually don't leave any feedback on booking.com but when reading some negative comments on this apt, I just felt like setting things right. Before booking with the owner, READ all the management policies CAREFULLY before making up your mind to avoid any kind of misunderstanding or frustration once you reach the property. Be also mindful about your electricity consumption. Electricity is NOT free (neither for the host nor for the planet!). Electricity consumption allowance is €3 per night. It's clearly marked on booking.com! For the price you pay, you get : a private apt (on the 4th or 5th floor) with more than 90m2. A full equipped kitchen corner, a nice little bathroom... Access to a balcony at the back and a terrace overlooking St Thomas Bay at the front. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed and a flat screen TV (Netflix provided for free). There's also a washing machine at your disposal. I really had a lovely stay at Marsaskala Luxury Apt. The owner is nice, friendly, reactive should any issue arise and also very flexible. What I enjoyed the most is that this property is located far away from the hustle and bustle of the St Julian's area, close to the sea and the beautiful promenade of Marsascala. There's a bus stop a couple minutes away from the property to go to Marsaxlokk, Birzebbuga and the airport. Further down near the harbor, another bus stop to go to Zabbar, the "Three Cities" & Valletta. Breathtaking walks will take you also to St Thomas Bay and behond (Vendome Battery, Munxar Path, Xrobb I-Ghagin Nat'l Park, Ta Kalanka Sea Cave...) in the south & to Tal Inwadar Nat'l Park, Torri Ta Triq Il-Wiesgha, Il Fortizza San Leonardu in the north. You will never get bored in Malta. There's always something new to discover – some secret spot to find.
Absolutely nothing.

The apartment was very clean, had all the facilities that we needed. The location is excelent, close to the sea, the bus station and markets. Ryan is a great host, helped us with all our questions. The instructions for every appliance and device were very helpful as well. I strongly recommend this apartment, it made our vacation in Malta even better!

Nice location not too busy with all the facilities you need
One or two of the neighbours could be a little more considerate with the dogs in the early morning constantly barking interrupting our sleep
4.5
Location, comfortable and great host.
Parking around can be tricky as there are too many cars.

The terrace and the view were amazing! The beds were comfortable and everything was clean.
The on-street parking was tricky to find.

Location is very nice, at the top of a building. I loved the balcony :-) Air conditioniong in every room.
There is no designated parking place, and there are no spaces available after 6pm, as everyone around needs parking.

The overall apartment was very nice, i liked the view from the balcony. Cooking experience in the kitchen was great, too bad i didn t had the time to use the grill. Did liked the coffee pod dispenser and the machine for them. The place was quiet and felt very good
The appartment isn't optimised for cold weather (but i think that's how it goes into Malta). The floor and walls get very cold and we had to keep the AC to heat almost all the time, and after i shut the AC it got cold very fast. The bed in the large bedroom was very squeaky. The AC in that room was pretty loud and after a while the air got cold instead of heating. Also the metered electricity (thankly, we had 22 euros credit from the host) plus continuous heating made us uneasy cause we didn t know how much it would had to pay in the end

the balcony was awesome, made some bbq!
like sombody already said, it wasn’t enough toilet paper.
4.0
It was clean and in the nice neighbourhood and it was close to the beach and bus station.
There was only one roll of toilet paper and electricity shut down randomly and only 1 or 2 euro coins could get back the electricity on.

Don't listen to negative opinions!
The primary consideration for me with an accommodation is cleanliness and good location.
From the host we got a freshly painted, freshly cleaned, furnished with new furniture, perfectly clean, fully equipped apartment!
You can really find everything you may need here. Dishes, plates, cutlery, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer, air conditon in every room, refrigerator with freezer function, cleaning products, spices, lots of towels, bed linens, additional bed linens, etc.)
And the extra plus the refrigerated mineral water in the fridge.
The accommodation is in the perfect location!
Within walking distance of the center, where you will find many good restaurants, close to shops, service providers, bus stop, car rental, so everything you could need!
And the beach is a few minutes walk away!
The host is extremely kind, helpful, reliable and he will help you in everything!
I wholeheartedly recommend the host and his apartments to anyone who looking for a perfect appartment with good location in Malta!

The apartment is very nicely decorated, clean and it has a very nice smell. Ryan, our host, really put an effort to put signs and instructions of how to use everything, even more, in the guest book you can find info about all the walking routes from the apartment to all touristic attractions, even about every coffee that is available. The coffee is charged at 0.50 euro per capsule, but I prefer that, because the coffee is really good, instead of the nesscaffe which I usually get when I book an apartment. The wifi is fast and stable at a speed of around 70-80 mbs. Highly recommended for remote workers. The balcony is cosy and it has a great view, is so relaxing to work or eat there. We had some small issues with the Internet (which it proved to be because of the provider) and with the air conditioning, but Ryan was there in less then 30 minutes and did his best to fix it, which was highly appreciated.
In the night you can hear dogs barking everywhere and it gets cold in the night, at least in mid April, when we had our accommodation there. The doors of the balcony are not closing well, which did not helped with the cold. We wanted to have a barbeque, but the barbeque was looking rusty and we did not take the risk.
