Wake up in this beautiful 3-bedroom condo in the breathtaking mountain town of Canmore! Visit local shops and artisans, take in the sights from the top of a mountain (and then bike down it!), or ski at one of the 4 nearby ski-resorts. Relax in the heated outdoor pool or in one of the 3 hot tubs, cook dinner in the full kitchen, and read your favorite book by the fireplace at Lodges at Canmore!

The condo sleeps 9 people and is perfect for families and groups, or couples looking to explore the Canadian Rocky Mountains!
**BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS**
The beds are complimented by high-quality, luxurious linen and pillows to ensure a good night’s sleep. All bedrooms have built-in storage space for your convenience. There are extra pillows and blankets available for extra comfort.

Bedroom 2: King bed.
Bedroom 3: 1 Bunk bed with queen lower and twin upper.
Common Area: Sofa bed.
2 Bathrooms large and bright, essential's provided.
The property boasts two clean and modern bathrooms. The bathrooms features a bathtub with shower, a toilet, a sizable counter and sink, and plenty of storage. Towels, shampoo, soap, and toilet paper are all provided.
** KITCHEN & LOUNGE **
The condo features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room table, a large common area with TV and fireplace.Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table that’s perfect for enjoying time together with family and friends. Has fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and all your pot and pan needs.
** OUTSIDE SPACE **
There is a balcony to enjoy the beautiful mountain view while drinking a cup of coffee.
** RESORT AMENITIES **
Relax in one of the 3 outdoor hot tubs or splash around in the large heated outdoor pool! Keep up with your fitness routine while you’re on the go with the extensive exercise room, as well. The resort also has underground parking for all guests.
**LOCATION **
The condo is within walking distance to downtown Canmore where you can visit local artisans, breweries, unique shopping, and delicious restaurants! The condo offers easy access to the Canadian Rockies where you can experience outstanding hiking terrain, breathtaking viewpoints, 4 world-class ski hills, and is a 18-minute drive from the historic town of Banff.

Guests will have access to the entire unit along with all the resort's amenities including the fitness centre, hot-tubs and underground parking.
ADDITIONAL RULES:
We have these rules not to penalize guests. We have these rules to ensure that all guests staying at the building have a positive experience.
1. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down in order to comply with the local noise bylaws. Noise violation fines range from $50 to $200 depending on the severity of the complaint. This will be charged to the guest if a noise violation report is received.
2. SMOKING: Smoking is NOT allowed in the condo. There is a fine of $250 if the property managers find evidence of smoking inside the condo.
3. CHECK-OUT TIME: We have a strict check-out time at 11AM. Unauthorized late check-outs will result to a charge of 100% of the nightly rate. You have the option to request in advance a late check out at 1PM for an extra fee of $25 upon availability.
4. CHECK-IN TIME: We have a strict check-in time at 4PM. Unauthorized early check-ins will result in a charge of 100% of the nightly rate. You have the option to request in advance an early check-in at 2PM for an extra fee of $25 upon availability.
5. UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: You are allowed to have extra guests. Please make sure to add the total number of guests on the reservation. An accurate price will be automatically calculated based on the number of guests. Unauthorized guests not added on the reservation will result in a charge of $50 per guest per night.
6. PETS: Your furry friends are welcome! Our pet fee is $ 20 CAD per pet, per night.
We need to follow the building rules regarding noise to maintain a healthy relationship with our neighbors. Please do not leave your pets unattended inside the unit. Any imposed monetary penalties caused by noise disruptions like excessive barking will be transferred to the guest.
7. We want your stay to go as smoothly as possible. We do not advise mailing items to the unit as we do not have access to a mailbox. However, you may take advantage of Canada Post's FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered. You may also rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages there if you are staying for a longer period.

Property needs to be updated. Furniture, walls, flooring is in bad shape. Fireplace didn't work, carpeting is stained and wasn't vacuumed. Need more towels for pool. Basics like foil, plastic wrap and plastic bags were not provided. Video game was broken. Poor lighting and controls were missing for DVD. Great location but the property needs some TLC to justify the price.

Overall it was a good stay, clean apartment close to a beautiful trail.
Cons: swimming pool is on a different building, fireplace was not working, even though we reported it, nobody came to fix it, piping system of the apartment above goes through our bedroom wall and we would wake up when the above tenants were having shower or flushing the toilet at between 12-4am every day. All hot tubs were occupied with people for a very long time having their beers, I was also excited for the arcade machine but the games are not the popular ones.

Our stay at this condo was perfect. The location is awesome for going for walks. We had our dog with us and it was great for him. Condo is clean and spacious and very quiet. We’ll be sure to book again.

We loved our stay here! Our hosts were incredibly helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. There is literally everything you need in this home to make your stay enjoyable! The kitchen was fully stocked of items you need for making meals - there was even a crockpot! The condo is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. Beds are very comfy. We will most definitely be back again in the future!

Great stay in this beautiful condo unit. Check in was super easy and hosts were very accommodating to our requests. Great location and lay out for 1-2 families. The stand up arcade was a hit with the kids.
