We loved staying at this place. So clean and cozy. We felt like home. Very easy to communicate with The owner. My son, daughter in law and myself gives this stay a 10/10!

I recently had an excellent opportunity to attend an arts event in Chico and needed a clean and well-located place to stay. Wow! Did I find the perfect spot!
This dwelling in Central Chico simply cannot be beat. First off, it is absolutely immaculate. The renovations to the home were done with a high level of expertise and the materials, furniture and style are of excellent quality. All the appliances appear to be brand new as well.
You would be hard-pressed to find a better place for a long weekend or more that is located near CSU Chico and the always great Downtown Chico!
