Enjoy this cozy cottage on a small, quiet lake just over an hour from Toronto. Close to all amenities and reasonable priced golfing. Take a day trip to local town and explore the area.
Explore the lake in the kayak or rent the motorized boat to do some fishing.
At night gather around the firepit to watch the amazing night sky or snuggle up to the fireplace to recount the events of the day.

Bedroom #2: twin bed, bunk bed (single over single)
Both bedrooms have portable fans

Bathroom #1: 3 pc (sink, toilet, tub, shower)
Cottage water: lake water with UV filter system – safe to drink however do not recommend – there is a water cooler at the cottage with 2 water jugs provided, if one runs out, it is the renter’s responsibility to have it refilled or exchanged at earliest opportunity
Indoor entertainment: TV with DVD player (no satellite or cable-bring own devices), cards, backgammon, dart board
Kitchen details: equipped with microwave, coffee maker (filter), toaster and kettle

3 parking spots
BBQ charcoal and propane – there are 2 propane tanks at the cottage, if one runs out, it is the renter’s responsibility to have it refilled or exchanged at earliest opportunity

Waterfront: 46 ft
Fair swimming – about 40 feet shallow and then gets deep – walk-in entry to the water is acceptable for young children or the elderly that may have mobility issues – water shoes recommended
Some weeds in the swimming area out to 10 feet – varies when there given the time of the year
Sand play area/beach for children near the water when the water level is down
Dock: 4 x 32 ft – dock has a ladder for exiting – water is 2 – 3 ft deep at the end of the dock (depending on water level)
The lake is good for motorboats however only practical for smaller motorized boats – Head Lake close to the cottage is larger and good for all sizes of boats
The lake is good for paddle boarding, kayaking etc.
