KITCHEN: stocked with everything for basic meal prep, with basic spices, stainless steel appliances (stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge), coffee maker w/ medium roast coffee, whistling kettle w/ breakfast teas, and complementary breakfast.
BREAKFAST NOOK: table for 2 at lookout window with elaborate succulent garden with beautiful nature view.
LIVING ROOM: 55" Vizio smart TV, sectional couch w/ seating for 5, suspended hammock chair, gas fireplace, wonderful sunrise lighting, built-in shelving w/ books and magazines.
DINING AREA: local, handmade solid wood table w/ seating for 6
PRIMARY BEDROOM w/ FULL BATH: king bed, Samsung 43" smart tv, dresser, hanging closet, black-out curtains, ceiling fan, noise machine; sink vanity, shower/tub, toilet & sink
BEDROOM #2: king bed, dresser, closet, ceiling fan, blackout curtains, noise machine
BEDROOM #3: twin bed with another trundle twin bed, closet, black-out curtains, kids themed with unique lighting.
HALL BATHROOM: sink vanity, shower/tub, toilet, emergency toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, pads, etc.)
WASHER/DRYER: located in the kitchen closet with detergent
PETS: Up to 2 pets under 50lb are permitted during your stay (larger animals to be considered on a case-by-case basis). Please keep pets off of furniture unless a towel is placed down first. Please keep pets on a leash when outside and do not allow dogs to bark excessively. Please clean up waste and dispose of in the dumpster on left side of house. Pet vaccination/medical records may be requested by owners prior to arrival.
ECO-FRIENDLY: limited plastic use, earth-friendly cleaning products, nature educational content (books, magazines, maps, etc)

PARKING: driveway provides up to 3 parking spots, additional free street parking for 2 vehicles at front of house
CLIMATE CONTROL: central heat and air, controlled by guest at hallway thermostat
You will have the entire main level, deck, and backyard to yourself; no guest access to the terrace level.
Quite, safe, biker and walker-friendly neighborhood. Some barking during the day is to be expected.
