About this apartment rental

This is a brand new listing so there is no review for now. Be a minute to the beach in the best location of LA! For 1 to 4 people, my flat comes with two bikes so you can enjoy 22 miles of bike track by the beach. Best bars/restaurants close by. All hotspots of Venice are at walking distance: boardwalk, Gold's Gym, Rose Ave, Main St, Muscle Beach, canals, skate park... My off-site parking space is available a 4-minute walk away. All surfaces are professionally cleaned and disinfected.

Amazing location a step away to the beach, in between the famous Venice Beach Boardwalk and the best shops/restaurants on Main Street, just one block from trendy Rose Ave.

Airy space with tons of character on the ground floor of a cute historical building. Located in a very touristy place, our flat offers an alternative to a hotel stay and provides the amenities you may need for a different sort of traveling experience.

It is a charming beach apartment, clean and perfectly furnished, in a small condominium with three floors. The apartment is located on the ground floor so very easy to access. As the location is right on Venice Beach, the area gets very busy in summer with a lot of animation and it can be noisy sometimes.

The apartment is 650 square feet and has a combination of laminate floor and tiles flooring. It has one bedroom with a queen-size bed which sleeps two people comfortably. In the living room, a sofa pulls out to convert to a queen-sized bed that sleeps two people as well.

One bathroom with a shower and a tub, shampoo, shower gel and a hairdryer are provided. A fully-equipped kitchen (four gas burners stove, oven, refrigerator, toaster, coffee pot, kettle, microwave, crockery and cutlery for four people, cooking utensils). An iron and an ironing board are also available.

We put at your disposal 2 bikes (Mountain bikes) with locks. We provide one off-site parking space in a parking lot a four-minute walk away, and you can also park on the street (parking is free, just check the signs to avoid having a ticket). There are bus stops close-by (on Main St), it is very convenient to use Uber or Lyft and the Bird or Lime scooters to move around.

The check-in procedure is automated so you don't need to worry about late arrivals or having to wait for us at the property. Just let us know your time of arrival and departure prior.

Important to know: as in all the Venice buildings that are directly on the boardwalk, the sound insulation is not optimal and we can hear the noise of the street. If you are a light sleeper or intolerant of the slightest noise, this is not the place for you. There is a camera on the porch outside of the unit that records every motion.

The highlights of this apartment are its incredible location, the two free bikes provided and the fact that there is free parking included, which is a true luxury in Venice Beach.

With the invigorating air of the ocean nearby, the Californian lifestyle and the animated restaurants and bars of Venice Beach, you really feel like being on vacation all year round here...

Good comms and everything worked as it should. Can’t beat location if you want to be by Venice Beach, less than 100 yds from your front door and your feet are on the sand. Property fits the area, so don’t expect 5* Hyatt luxury - you need to pay a lot more for that - if you want location, fun and serviceable unit, this place is great.

We had an amazing trip, our landlord was above and beyond. Ada was beyond nice, our accommodation was completely stocked with the essentials and I didn't have any need for anything. The apartment was beyond my expectations for closeness to the beach. I will definitely visit again.

Let's start with the positive: the location was perfect, very close to the boardwalk with parking space nearby. Initially the communication with the host was very good but after our arrival I mentioned to her that the accommodation was not very clean and the rest was a nightmare : the floor was very dirty, our feet were black after only 15 minutes, the condo was extremely dusty. There was some slimy residue on the floor near the fridge that looked like insect droppings. The condo is much less welcoming than in the photos, I believe that the condo has deteriorated over the years, it clearly lacks of maintenance. The host told me the condo was very acceptable, I just didn't answer because I was a little discouraged. At my surprise I received a message from the host after we left to tell me that the sofa had been broken and that she could ask me for a refund… but she propose an arrangement: she wanted me to give her a rating of 10/10 in exchange she would absorb the fee . Wow Don’t be fooled !! It's sad because it's a beautiful place that just needs a major refresh

This is right in the heart of Venice which will not disappoint if that’s what you’re seeking. It’s a busy little area yet everyone is super friendly and the area around the condo is clean. The Hostess had amazing communication and the place was as advertised. The parking is truly a four minute walk from the condo as described. I would stay here again.

The apartment is convenient, and near the seaside at Venice, but: At arrival, the owner had changed the code of the locker and the wifi without notice... and as we arrived late (11 pm) due to airport crazy police controls, the owner was visibly sleeping when we tried to contact her... We were not far of being obliged to take a room in a nearby hotel when we fortunately accessed a wifi and were able to receive the late message of the owner with the new codes... There is no grocery store nearby, only a very tiny one with almost nothing. There were noisy works in the building during our stay.

Cannot believe how close this is to the water and Venice boardwalk. Anything was in walking distance. Perfect place to relax after a long day. Very spacious. I would highly recommend it. Will definitely book again.

This property was amazing! It was exactly as described in the listing. The apartment was spacious and was just steps from the beach. I was able to hear the waves at night as I drifted off to sleep. I didn't have a vehicle with me during this trip, so it was important that I could walk or bike everywhere (bikes were provided as part of the rental). It really was within walking distance of a grocery store, numerous restaurants, and several activities. The host was easy to communicate with and was always very responsive. I will absolutely stay here again. I look forward to a return trip very soon.

The location was absolutely perfect! Super close to the boardwalk, and easy biking distance from the Santa Monica pier. The included bikes were a definite plus! The host was very communicative and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed 3 nights with our 2 small dogs. Loved the location! We didn’t drive the entire weekend. So much to do and see within a mile or 2 walk. The canals were our favorite. Our dogs had a great time playing in the sand! Marnie was a great and attentive host. Would stay here again

This is exactly what we were looking for. A quiet near the beach experience. The bikes were an extra perk and we biked from Maria Del Ray to the Santa Monica pier a few times. The beach did not disappoint and lots of great restaurants and pubs near by to explore. Marnie was such a great host and checked in with us a few times to make sure we didn’t need anything. We would stay here again.

My family and I loved this property. It has everything a family needs to feel comfortable. It is very close to the beach, so we could go to the beach to play with our daughter, come back to leave our stuff, and go out again. Marnie checked on us every day to see if we needed anything. She is a great host. We were very happy during our stay and felt sad to leave. Thank you, Marnie.

One can truly live the LA beach scene from this great simple apartment. Just steps away from the sand and all the wacky and random craziness that makes Venice Beach such an iconic destination. All the classic beach hot spots are nearby, including its famous skateboard park and muscle beach gym. The apartment comes with two bicycles for effortless rides up along the oceanfront promenade, bringing the shops and restaurants of Santa Monica and Marina del Rey within reach. The location is also surprisingly accessible by transit to Downtown and other parts of the city for those savvy with bus and metro lines. A great place to experience an essential component of the California dream.

Location, location, location. We came to Venice beach for 3 days and found a great place to stay, super close to the beach and a quite neighborhood at night. The apartment was great for us as it was easy to access and fulfilled our needs, simple and clean and close to some great bars and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again, if you like beach life then this is the place.

Awesome location. The apartment could be furnished a little better with a couch and a nicer bed, but it's not bad. It doesn't have an A/C which appears to be common for the area but that means you have to keep windows open and that area is busy and loud outside. The host is very nice and accommodating. I would stay again but my GF would not, lol.
