Welcome to Fremont Bespoke’s Local Treasure Townhome. Designed by a local artist with an eye for style, an obsession with reclaimed materials and a love of the outdoors, Local Treasure features art from Seattle artists, unique area finds, and nods to local flora and architecture. There's a sunny, south-facing patio perfect for enjoying your morning coffee.
Centrally located between Ballard, U-District and Downtown, you have easy access to the best Seattle has to offer. You’ll find 25+ restaurants, bars and coffee shops within one-half mile!
This townhome is in a 50s duplex in Seattle’s charming and character-filled Fremont neighborhood. Take advantage of our private deck and yard, or enjoy the light streaming through the front windows. Local Treasure sleeps eight and is equipped with everything you need for a few days or a few weeks. A few of our highlights are:

* There is a locked door in the laundry area that leads to storage. This is to remain locked at all times.

* This is the front unit in a 1950’s building, and we are in the city, so some noise is possible
* We are situated above the street so there are stairs to the entrance, and internal stairs between the floors

This is a no-smoking property (including outdoor areas, and vaping) because we are in close proximity to neighbors. We ask that guests keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours, and parties are not allowed.
