At night, retreat to one of the two large master suites upstairs, each with king-sized beds, lakeside views, TVs, and comfortable sitting areas. The downstairs bedroom features a queen-sized bed. Additional sleeping space is available with a futon (double), bunk beds (2 singles), and three sofa beds (doubles).

Whether you're snow skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, or water skiing, Rocky Point Lodge offers a perfect base for your adventures. After a fun-filled day, unwind in the hot tub and soak those muscles.

You can tie up one boat to the floating buoy (boats are not able to tie up to the docks). Anchoring of boats is not allowed due to water supply lines that run in the lake. Boat and insurance details are required. If you’re bringing or renting a boat, please be sure to let us know and we can help provide more details. Due to fluctuating lake levels, usage of the floating buoy may not always be available.
PARKING, BOATS & TRAILERS:
Parking is permitted in front of the house and garage and can accommodate a max of five cars. Boat and trailer parking are not permitted. Please do not block other homes’ access or drive over the lawns. The garage is not open for guests’ use. If you’re bringing a boat, please be sure to let us know and we can provide options.
HOT TUB MAINTENANCE:
Hot tub maintenance occurs before guests arrive and on Mondays & Thursdays in the high season. Hot tub maintenance occurs before guests arrive and on Thursdays during the low season.
*If guests refuse or turn service away, this will be an $85 charge to the guest.
VISITING LAKE CHELAN:
Lake Chelan has much to offer to every group and family. When you're not water skiing, boating, swimming at the lake or wine tasting, you can enjoy all that downtown Manson has to offer and stroll home. In the winter time, take in the beautiful snow capped mountains and come enjoy the many events Manson and Chelan put on (Christmas at the Lake, Winterfest, Red Wine & Chocolate, and winery hosted dinners).
GUEST / BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
1. Primary renter must be 25+ years of age and MUST be staying at the property for the complete duration of the booking
2. Rental agreement must be signed after booking is accepted and provide valid ID
3. $500 security hold is required and will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no issues are reported.

It is always tricky navigating the forest fires, but the weather was stunning and the lake perfection. This house is a great location and really enabled our family to maximize lake time and activities.

beautiful view from all three levels, kids could jump in from the docs, sunbath from the lower level and we could jump on the boat anytime we felt like. Downstairs was perfect space for kids to hang out and have space of their own with small kitchen convienent for drinks and snack food.

We loved this property! Had four teens with us and it was perfect. First time in Chelan and we had a great time. It was so hot while we were there but with the lake right out the back doors and the ac working nicely it was very comfortable. The only thing that would be difficult to deal with if elderly or young children were in your party is the 3 sets of spiral stairs. They were very doable for our group. Two docks and stairs into the water made lake entry easy (if a bit bumpy from boat activity close to shore in the afternoons). Loved the architecture of this house and the back decks were perfect for watching the sun go down at night.

This is a really unique home with nice touches. The beds were comfy and the wifi was really good, which was important because we were working remotely. There’s lots of space so we were able to stretch out. The views are amazing as well.
We visited in winter so we did not get to make use of the abundant outdoor space beyond the hot tub.
The spiral staircase in the middle of the house was cool, but would have been challenging if there was a large suitcase.
Overall a great place and I would love to stay here again.

Beautiful house and expansive view of Lake Chelan! Ideal location that is close to Manson and the town of Chelan. This place is an incredible find and it is awesome being right on the water. We went with family to celebrate college graduation/birthdays and a wedding anniversary! It was a great and memorable place to celebrate. The furnishings are comfy and the king size beds are a plus. It was trully a magical trip. We will be back!

We've been coming Lake Chelan every year in August for the past 4 years and had another great trip. The house is really well done and the location between Chelan and Manson is perfect. The access to the water is some the best we've had and the hot tub near the lake is great for the kids to jump in the lake then hustle in to the tub to warm up. The views of the water from the deck made it easy to be outside, while still in the shade, and watch the kids swim and play in the water.
Like every VRBO we've rented the kitchen knives need to be sharpened (we now just bring our own) and being right on the highway made it slightly loud at night so we didn't open the windows to cool down the house at night.
Overall it was a great stay in a really cool house!

We were excited for this vacation with family and friends. We had two families, 8 guests total, and the house suited us well with tons of space for adults upstairs and plenty of room for the kids downstairs. We thoroughly enjoyed the outside areas and were able to relax and take advantage of everything. Upper deck was great to have coffee and mimosas and the lower deck was great to watch the kids splash around in the lake and later catch the sunset. The house was well cleaned and stocked. Hosts had great communication throughout and provided some really good restaurant and winery recommendations in their welcome packet. We would love to come back and highly recommend this home.

My four children and husband spent five glorious nights here in mid June. It was absolutely fantastic. The views from the house/deck are one of a kind, including the sunsets and we were lucky enough to catch a lightening storm. There are two neighbors but we only saw a few people all week playing on the dock next door. The docks were perfect for the kids to jump off and play on the lily pad, paddleboard, etc. It is very quiet, slept well and the beds are very comfortable. House has pretty much anything you may need. (no life jackets however.)
We actually had professional family portraits done right there at the house and they turned out beautiful! (I wish I could post a pic!). Can't wait to put them on our Christmas Cards this year. I cannot recommend this place more!

We stayed at this property over Memorial Day weekend and extended our stay by a day because we loved it! Owners are very responsive and great to work with. The Lake Chelan area is really neat, and the views of the Caribbean like blue green water and mountains from this house are just gorgeous! We hung out on the upper deck a lot and enjoyed the sound of the water, and the passing boaters and jet skiers. Immaculately maintained. Had everything we needed in terms of dishes, pillows, throws etc. Proximity to the town of Chelan was fantastic...just 10 mins away. No house is perfect for every family, so I also like to share some details we didn't enjoy so that it may help others decide if it is right for them. The stairs are a doozy, taking luggage up and down them is tough; location of the house doesn't allow for fencing in the front or back however, I do wish that both openings of the upper deck were enclosed with gates as they are too open to the driveway and would make it a lot more comfortable for people with young kids or those with special needs and even give that sense of comfort a boundary brings; two neighbors are close, one almost adjoining this house to its left - we were lucky they weren't around, but you are aware of them especially on the lower deck or through some windows; few of the photos were taken with a fish eye lens so expect a compact version of some spaces like lower deck and living room. Overall, fantastic and we loved it!

This spacious, 3-level lakefront gem was perfect for our visit to Lake Chelan. It was super-comfortable and had gorgeous views across the lake to the western shore. It was quite private and located conveniently between Chelan and Manson. Finally, the fact that we could bring along our furry friend (our dog Pepper!) made for the perfect getaway!

The property located right at the front of lake and all the facilities were well maintained, cleaned, especially the bed quality is better than most of other hotels. You can get immediate response from the management representative to address any concerns. I would like to simply say that the property is actually much better than the photos you guys can see! The jacuzzi was clean, the grill was also from Weber brand and kept it so cleaned. Wish we can return during the summer season because we were actually inside the property only due to the snowing weather condition. I and our whole family highly recommend here! One last thing, hope the basement light to be little bit more bright.

We enjoyed our stay in this property overall but as a family who loves to cook our own meals, we found the kitchen to be very ill-equipped with very old pots and pans that were not even safe to cook in. If the owner provides a nicer set of kitchen pans and pots including a kettle for boiling water, we would try to stay here again.
