Guest Access:
The entire home is yours: peaceful backyard, fun indoor game room, laundry room, and large driveway. This corner lot is private all around. We are local and here 24/7 to help with your needs. We provide easy, self-check-in with a secure lockbox.

The home does not have AC. On average, there are about two weeks per year when we have a heat wave and AC would be helpful. For the vast majority of the summer, we get comfortable coastal breezes in the afternoon. If necessary there are ceiling fans in all bedrooms, the family room, and a whole house fan that will cool the house and attic in the evenings.

Parties/large gatherings are not permitted. All of our cameras are located outside facing the front and sides of the home. There are noise-sensing devices inside and outside of the home that do not record audio but do send alerts if the noise level gets too loud.
