You'll love this luxury BEACHFRONT condo that provides you with all the amenities you need to relax and create wonderful memories at the beach. Located in the HEART of Gulf Shores, you are walking distance to many restaurants, a grocery market and near the Gulf State Park. Our condo is perfect for a romantic escape, family vacation, couples getaway, a solo retreat, team competition or any time your soul needs to be refreshed.
Our San Carlos 2BR/2BA condo is located on the 15th floor and has FANTASTIC views of the fabulous, white sandy BEACHES on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Come on down, you'll love our beaches and the condo. Bring your flip flops!
You'll enjoy this spacious (1224 sq. ft.) condo that is beautifully decorated and includes granite countertops, crown molding, wet bar, jetted garden tub, ceramic tile floors, flat-screen televisions, and high-speed internet access. (Business Center on 3rd offers printers/computers.)
The huge balcony with ENDLESS VIEWS is accessible from the living room or the primary bedroom and overlooks the emerald waters and the sugar-soft beaches which are right outside your door! Plus you'll find a beautiful zero entry pool with chaise lounges, an updated exercise room featuring weights, treadmills, bikes and ellipticals), a state-of-the-art business center, sauna and more.
Imagine enjoying COASTAL VIEWS from the floor to ceiling windows and feeling the refreshing Gulf breeze while the sound of the WAVES lulls you into the ultimate state of happiness and relaxation!
The primary bedroom also has floor to ceiling windows which overlook the Gulf and it offers a TV, ceiling fan, king sized bed, tile floors, walk in closet and an ensuite bathroom with tiled walk-in shower and multi-function shower head and a garden, whirlpool tub. The guest bedroom has a TV, king sized bed and attached full bath with a tiled walk-in shower.
Other amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, full size washer and dryer, towels and linens and an expansive balcony that you won't want to leave. (Watch dolphins play or pelicans fly by!) There are two Adirondack chairs, two rockers and a pub style dining table for four to enjoy al fresco dining, a card game or snacks.
The zero entry pool is sparking clean and offers a nice sloped entry for the wee ones. Grab a book and relax in one of the chaise lounges or take a dip to cool off. There are showers on the boardwalk so you can remove all the sand from your feet and beach toys.
Best of all is the beach! You'll enjoy the clean beach, soft sand and the sound of the surf. San Carlos hires Sun Coast to provide a beach service for our guests. You may reserve them ahead of time online or do so upon arrival; a set includes two loungers and an umbrella. There is also tons of fun for older kids and adults...right next to our beach where you can let loose and rent a banana boat, jet skis or go parasailing!
Our condo is centrally located and is within walking distance to the popular beach restaurants: Pink Pony, Sea and Suds, Foodcraft/Perch and The Hangout - which you can reach by walking on the sidewalks or get your toes wet and walk up the beach for a bite to eat or refreshing drinks. Also in walking distance is the Pancake House, an iconic Waffle House, The Market (groceries) and souvenir shops. The popular Gulf State Park is nearby and offers biking and hiking routes, educational venues, bird watching, Woodhouse restaurant and last but not least, the public PIER where you can rent fishing poles or just walk out to enjoy the view (admission fee $3). There is a small cafe/bar on the pier too. Update: The Pier is under repair from Hurricane Sally damage.
Hop in the car to enjoy all of the fun attractions nearby: world-class golf, dolphin cruises, go-karts, mini-golf, shopping, water parks, pickleball courts, Fort Morgan historical site, Gulf Shores Zoo and oh so much more!
PARKING - Effective January 1, 2023, our condo association made a change to parking fees and procedures. Parking will be $50 per stay, up to 14 days, and must be purchased by the guest from at the 3rd Floor welcome area. Please place the parking pass in your car upon arrival. Thanks!

So this is our 4th year in a row staying at San Carlos, and this condo is by far the best! The owners have literally thought of everything you might possibly need! The condo is beautifully decorated. There are two glider rockers on the balcony that my husband and I loved! I was a little worried about it being on the 15th floor, but that not an issue at all! Also being privately owned is a major plus! We have rented properties previously managed by Vacasa, and that was an absolute nightmare. Lynn is wonderful and you will not regret booking this condo!

This condo is in a great location near everything you want to see and do. Very nice view of Gulf Coast and right on a beautiful beach. Love sitting out on balcony watching the ocean. Condo is in great condition like new. Would recommend to anyone.

The condo was nice and comfortable. We all had room and space to not be on top of each other. The location is near restaurants and gift shops so good for walking. Only downside is once th2 parking lot is full you have to park across the street. It was a 10 walk to The Hangout 5 min walk to sea n suds which is 2 buldings down. Easy beach access.

This beach condo exceeded all of our expectations! Location and views of the beach were perfect. Walking distance to many local restaurants. On-site parking. Pool. Beach access. Etc.
Overnight/early morning on 6/16/23 a sea turtle laid eggs on the beach about 100' West of the condo. Perfect view from the 15th floor spacious deck. We watched as the local volunteer crew dug around and verified the clutch of eggs and then carefully covered them back up, pounded in wood stakes/barrier ribbon and smoothed out the sand to help keep track of things. SO FUN.

Bonnie was extremely responsive and answered all of our questions during check-in! We hope to be able to come down again in the future. The condo had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. THANK YOU!!!!

We loved this condo! Suitable parking, fast elevators and convenient to restaurants. Condo was very nice, clean and had a beautiful view along with a spacious balcony. The condo had everything stocked that we could possibly need and the A/C worked great! We would love to stay again!

Beautifully decorated 2 bedroom condo on the 15th floor of a well maintained building. It’s in a great walkable location and the pictures don’t do it justice. Loved the oversized deck and views of the Gulf, big tv’s and comfortable furniture. Bonnie was very responsive with any questions we had so do yourself a favor and book now. We’ll be back!

Great condo! View is fabulous! Furniture and bed were very comfortable. Everything was very clean. It had everything we needed for a great stay. Had a few questions during our stay and they responded to our texts promptly and were very helpful in answering our questions.

We recently stayed at Bonnie's property at 1502 San Carlos for two weeks. Upon entering her property we were impressed with unique design to capture the true "beach vibe." This property was exceptionally clear and well-stocked with all essentials - including some bonus surprises! This was our 4th San Carlos spring break and by far exceeded our expectations. Bonnie was also easy to contact and receptive to our questions.
One more thing.... the service at this property went above and beyond on our stay. I must have dropped my wallet when unloading my vehicle on Saturday. I didn't realize this until I received a phone call on Monday from a recent Hilton property I attended. My wallet did not have my ID in it so the condo manager took the time to do some detective work based on hotel keys in my wallet. He had been holding my wallet for two days thinking I would stop down. After I received the call from the Hilton, I finally realized my wallet was gone.
I called Dan at the front desk on the 3rd floor and he told me stop down. When I picked up the wallet, Dan was so gracious. I offered a tip which he declined but said he would pass it on to the security guard who had found my wallet in the parking garage. This act literally saved me from what could have been a nightmare - but also reinforced my belief in the good of people. Highly HIGHLY recommend San Carlos and this particular condo was A+++

We love everything about this condo. We are repeat visitors and it always feels like "coming home" when we visit. Everything you would want for convenience and comfort is provided, and the large, private balcony is furnished to perfection. The view is the best on the gulf coast!

The pictures didn’t do this space justice. The decor very was pleasing. Especially enjoyed the nice balcony furniture, as that was where we spent the majority of our time.

This was the perfect rental for my family! We got married at Gulf State Park during our stay and the location of the condo was perfect! 10 minutes to the state park but within walking distance of all sorts of food and entertainment! The room itself was very spacious and clean and we were very impressed when we first walked in! It’s hard to beat that view from the balcony!

Great location in walking distance to The Hangout. We were in town for the music festival. There was a slight hiccup when we first checked in with the parking pass, but Bonnie was very quick in responding and fixing our issue. I would recommend this property.

Bonnie was an attentive host. I asked ahead of time if there were adequate hangers and if there was a coffee grinder in the condo. She ordered a new coffee maker with a grinder for us and a new box of hangers were there when we arrived. The pluses include a well stocked kitchen and great patio with quality furniture. Great location and perfect for two couples. The only huge bummer is the pool was not accessible due to repairs two of the three weeks we stayed. It was out of Bonnie’s control but she did refund our last night stay because of this.

OH. MY. G! This place was just what the doctor ordered! Comfy beds, giant TVs, beautiful view…does it get better? Yes, yes it does! Y’all, there is an ICE MAKER! Talk about a beach-goers dream! Packed a cooler and sat on the beach for hours!
This place was perfect for us! We had friends who were staying in the same building and they were jealous of our well stocked condo! Everything you could need is there and nothing is done halfway! 10/10!!
