Overall this was a good property but there are a few things that it needs to become a 5. Pros: Clean, new furniture/appliances, comfy bed and sofa, quick responses to questions, K cups provided, nice tv. Cons: The outside - there's a reason there are no outside pics in the listing. The yard is a mess, no outdoor furniture, and there is poop all over - not usable. Fortunately I asked about the hot tub in the listing before we got there because there isn't one (listing has been updated). We booked this place in part because we wanted to BBQ each night for dinner. A grill is listed in the amenities and I checked with the manager beforehand to make sure that was correct. He said there wasn't one but he would make sure there was one there before we arrived. That didn't happen. When I called, I got a quick response and someone dropped off a new small, portable grill with charcoal and lighter fluid. That was super nice except it required tools to put it together which we didn't have. Also, it was a very cheap (or poorly made) grill so the part holes were misaligned and new holes needed to be drilled to assemble it. A grill may not be a big deal for other people but it was a real miss for us especially since I confirmed with the manager there was one at the property before I booked. If you'll spend all your time indoors, this is a good place.

Property was great, very clean and updated. Great shower also. Steps getting into the back door were awkward, seems to be missing another step. An older person like myself had some trouble getting in and out of the back door. Maybe a hand rail would help access. Anyway still a great stay!

Staying at the Vrbo property house made our visit to Cuyahoga Falls so nice. The house was so comfortable, clean and convenient. The location was close to all the places we wanted to visit including the Falls, the Gorge and the many shops downtown. There are many restaurants, we ate at Leo's Italian Restaurant. We ended our weekend stay by going to a concert at the Blossom Music Center. We were less than 15 minutes from the venue. If we have a future opportunity to go back to another concert or just want a relaxing weekend we would definitely go back to Cuyahoga Falls and use Vrbo to book our stay.
