This cabin is in a great neighborhood. Guests can also enjoy the tennis and pickle-ball courts, as well as the golf course, for an additional charge.
**Driveway holds 4-7 cars.
No more than 4-7 vehicles should be brought to the property. (4-5 cars in the winter)
No on street parking. Cars/trucks/trailers must fit completely on the driveway.
No driving in neighbor’s driveways. Driveway is steep and can be slick in winter.

RENTAL AGREEMENT, CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION, AND DAMAGE: Terms include a No Tolerance Policy regarding excessive noise, parties, unauthorized guests, unauthorized parking, hot tub/pool safety & usage or disturbing neighbors. Please make sure you are comfortable with our Terms as they are strictly enforced. Reservations for this property are refundable up to 45 days prior to check-in date and any refund is made to guest less any processing fees.
DAMAGE AND CAPACITY RESTRICTIONS: Our properties are inspected before and after each reservation. Guests agree to pay for any flagrant damage to the units, excessive cleaning required at check-out, missing or damage to the units’ contents, or any other accidental damage to anything within the rental unit during the rental period. Any damages to the property by Renters are charged to the Renters and Renter authorizes any said damage or missing items charged to their credit card identified above. The sleeping capacity for this property is in the listing and shall not be exceeded. If more guests stay in the property than allowed under the listing, guests will be charged a fee and may also be asked to vacate without a refund for any remaining days. No pets, smoking, or parties of any kind are allowed at this property.
RULES, REGULATIONS, & OTHER: ALL PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AFTER 45 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECKIN. If Reservation is cancelled within 45 days of your check-in, all payments will be forfeited.
RESERVATIONS: All Reservations are subject to Management and Property Owner approval. Online rates are subject to change without notice. Should there be any issues with the reservation, we will endeavor to contact you within 48 hours.
PROPERTY: Guest rents, for vacation purposes only, the furnished real property and improvements described.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE: Check-in time is no earlier than 4:00 PM on arrival date. This time may be delayed should unforeseen circumstances arise. Check-out time is NO LATER than 11:00 AM on the departure date. Early Check-In and Late Check-Out options are available for an additional fee if available (Not an option during Peak Times). If Early Check in and/or Late check out are approved, you will get an email confirmation from the reservation team.
PAYMENTS: Outside 60 days of arrival, Deposit Payment is due to reserve property. Balance Payment is due 45 Days before Arrival and will be charged automatically to same credit card used, unless communicated otherwise. Within 45 Days of Arrival, Total Cost is due to reserve property. ALL Payments are NONREFUNDABLE if cancelled within 45 days of your check in date.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: If Reservation is cancelled outside 45 days of arrival, Deposit Payment will be forfeited and Guest is released from financial liability on remaining balance owed. Cancellations with less than 45-day notice will result in 100% loss of all payment less any security deposit or damage waiver. If we can replace Guest reservation and rebook the dates, we will credit you 75% of the recouped rent towards another reservation in the future (to be used within 12 months from the original reservation date).
UNAVAILABILITY: For any reason beyond the control of Management, the Premises become unavailable, Management may substitute a comparable unit or cancel this Agreement and refund in full all payments made by Guest.
STRICT NOISE ORDINANCE: We have a strict noise ordinance that must be followed. No loud noises, loud music or loud vehicles are allowed between the hours of 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. Please note if these times aren’t followed you can be fined and asked to vacate the property.
APPROVED GUESTS AND USE: The Premises are for the sole use as a personal vacation residence by Approved Guests. Reserving Guest is responsible for any guests that use the property during the term of this agreement. Guest may not exceed Max Occupancy for Property at any time. If the Premises are used, in any way, by more than max allowed guests, (i) Guest and all others may be required to immediately leave the Premises or be removed from the Premises; (ii) Guest is in breach of this Agreement; and (iii) Guest forfeits its right to return of any monies collected.
OCCUPANCY: Approved Guests are persons who will occupy the Premises. No unlawful activity nor any other activity that constitutes a nuisance is permitted on Premises. Approved Guests take full responsibility for all lost or broken items, and any damages to the Property of any kind.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A Valid Credit Card to be kept on file is required upon Reservation. We will collect a deposit, or we will hold a credit card at check in. Should a Security Deposit not be collected Guest hereby grants consent to charge Credit Card on file for any damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, fines, and, if necessary, cost incurred to remove Guest from property.
CLEANING: Premises will be delivered to Guest in a professionally cleaned condition. Should Guest's use and activity require more than regular cleaning services, Guest will be charged for associated excess costs.
PETS: Most properties do NOT allow pets. If unauthorized pet is discovered on Premises, Guest will be asked to leave without refund as Guest will be in breach of this Agreement.

We had a great time as a family. There is no air conditioning in the house - it was very hot! To reach one of the bedrooms you need to go through another one. Also to get to two of the bathrooms you had to go through bedrooms.

Nice neighborhood, small grocery store is very close by, easy to go to Yellowstone park, we all just wished that there was one more bathroom. We had a group of 17 people and everyone enjoyed the stay. Plenty of beds. Overall we loved it. It would have helped if the owner had listed everything tha tere is in cabin in detail. We ended up buying somethings which were already there like a big cooler, binoculars.

We had an amazing time at the house. Our mom booked this house for our entire family. It was big enough for us all to relax and enjoy our time together as we ventured out around the area and Yellowstone. Would recommend this to anyone and Michelle was great to work with! Thank you 😊

Thank you so much for a fantastic vacation. We all enjoyed the beautiful and peaceful view from our deck. We cooked and prepared most of our meals. The kitchen was well stocked and very organized. Michelle and Kim were very helpful and prompt with all our questions. Definitely a perfect place for our family of twelve. We would highly recommend this property for a vacation. Absolutely beautiful cabin that was perfect for a family getaway. We had everyone from 1 to 80+ years old in our group and everyone had a wonderful time. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool table, hot tub, and proximity of snowmobile trails. Highly recommend. Would stay at again.

Great property with plenty of room for 20 of us. 17 players, 2 coaches and our bus driver. Had a tremendous time visiting Yellowstone and whitewater rafting. Michelle was a great host and helped us out immediately when we had a problem with the coffee maker! Our bus driver was very thankful!

We loved staying here for our family gathering! The layout was so accommodating for putting children to sleep and allowing adults somewhere to be together during the evening without worrying about waking anybody up.

Wonderful house and a great location. The house is very nicely furnished and decorated with lots of extras. We didn’t take advantage of it but the host even had popcorn and candy for watching movies. The great room is perfect for large group to socialize. If I had a suggestion it would be to replace a few of the pot/pans (some prior guests were very rough with them) and add a bridge for the pool table.

The home was beyond spacious. There were five of us and we spread across all three floors so we felt like we had our own space. We cooked most meals at the house and the kitchen had everything we needed. We watched movies from our Prime account and played games in the evening. The homeowner was very responsive.

This property is awesome. We had 16 people and had plenty of room and beds to spare. The extras were awesome. There is an entertainment area off on its own where you can be late and still have the house quiet for children to sleep. The property owner is awesome and had great communication with me. Will come back to this place for sure.

We decided to visit Yellowstone National Park with our youth group, so we were looking for a house that was spacious. This house fit what we were looking for, with plenty of beds and room to sprawl out. The kitchen was roomy with lot's of counter space and room to work. The pool table & hot tub got plenty of use in the week we were there. Michelle had great communication and was very helpful when we had an issue with the wifi and got it fixed quickly. Would definitely consider renting this property again in the future.
