The stay was ok. Parking was difficult to understand and there was no clear signage upon entry onto property. Breakfast was decent and the room was nice. I did have to ask for more towels because there was only 1 and my reservation listed 2 guests,

The room was very clean and so was the lobby. The water pressure was low in the room. I would recommend providing bottled water as a complimentary service for when you check in.
4.7
The location is excellent for both East Lansing and Lansing. The parking appeared limited but we had no problem finding a space at the perimeter of the hotel.
Breakfast had several offerings and the dining area was pleasant. There are outdoor patios as well. I would stay here again.
4.7
Wonderfully modern and clean. Only drawback is having to pay $20 a day to park my car
4.7
Really well put together. Lots of the little things that make it comfortable. Only major problem was the shower with the water being very low flow and the shower head could not adjust it. A littlr tight in tje bathroom. Service was great and friendly. Room was clean. The free breakfast and wifi are a plus.
4.7
This was one of the all around nicest hotels I've stayed at in YEARS. The interior was beautiful and updated, the room was spotless and large, bathroom was huge, they had a well equipped gym, and the breakfast was bussin', as the kids say these days! Would 10/10 highly recommend.
4.7
This location is very updated, safe and the staff are all very friendly. Love the gym! The rooms are great- spacious and clean. Our only complaints are that we weren’t told about there being a charge for parking (unless you snag a free spot where you can park for limited hours) and the breakfast was lacking.

New and clean
4.7
Very clean hotel great amenities, bar restaurant on site. However, parking is not included! Read carefully as it's $20/ night.

We slept about 10 hours in 2 days. Between bass and barking dogs, there was always noise. Staff said they checked for the dog, but couldn’t find it. The air conditioners sound like a plane engine winding up. Staff said they are all that loud. Every bus that drives by creates a vibration through the wall. Overall, it was a terrible stay.
4.7
It was nice clean room that was very quiet .
4.7
I did not like the shower water pressure. I went to the front desk to put in a request for them to fix the issue and they did not.
4.7
The staffs are excellent , thank you so much !
The facility is nice and clean, feel safe,
breakfast was excellent too.
Also the cleaning room lady was very nice too.
4.7
Great staff, parking could have been better but other than that place was great.

We loved this hotel. It was very new and modern. We were so impressed by their fitness center. The best we have experienced at a hotel. Our only complaint with anything at the hotel was the air conditioning. We both love it cold when we sleep. When we were going to bed we turned the thermostat down from 70 to 67. I woke up in the middle of the night and was sweating. It had gone up to 76 degrees! The thermostat said cool and showed it still set at 67 and we could hear a fan running. If we hadn't only been staying one night then we definitely would have had this addressed for the next night.

It was an awesome place to stay, everyone who worked there was super friendly, and the room was clean and comfy. It's definitely a top-notch destination.

This was one of the best places i have ever stayed. The staff is fantastic. They go up and above to make your stay great from giving direction, friendly smiles, clean rooms, easy parking, Great breakfast, its even located in walking distance to eating places, staples gas stations, book store etc. And a shopping mall is only 2 blocks away with krogers, craft stores, eating places, etc. I would recommend everyone to stay here. Although i didnt get to use it they have a pool and a fitness room. Access to bar with light music. Just wonderful!!
4.7
Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was very nice. A bit noisy from the floor above. Free breakfast was good.

Clean rooms

They require you to pay to park $20 for 24 hours. I stayed two night and was away majority of the day. Still required me to pay $40 plus a service fee. Probably will stay at a different hotel for a bit more but free parking.
4.7
The front desk staff were very helpful.

Fantastic location and value.
4.7
Nice clean hotel. Quiet since there were few people staying here on a Sunday night in college area.

This place made me feel like home. Everyone was so nice and welcoming.

Clean hotel and great location. Friendly Staff.

New property located close to the Michigan State campus. Potential to park overnight on street right behind hotel.
4.7
Room was nice, bed was comfortable, but shower floor was not clean.
4.7
Staff at front desk were super nice and helpful when we filed a noise complaint about the guests on the floor above. Laundry room was easy to use with the app.

Location, staff, room style

Nice new hotel. Spacious room unlike some other new formats. Well run.
4.7
I will never stay here again. I have never had to pay to park at a hotel before. Not happy about that, after I already paid $150 to stay there and another $20 for parking.
4.7
Well appointed rooms. You do have to ask for cleaning service if staying more than one night, but since I was solo, it wasn’t an issue. The staff was top-notch. Very friendly and courteous. I stayed there during the crowd strike issue and needed to extend my stay one more night. Had to change rooms only because of the glitch caused by the global issue caused by Crowdstrike. Not the hotels fault. Continental breakfast was better than most. I loved the ambiance of the hotel and its location to shopping and dining was excellent even with all the road construction going on, it only took minutes to get around. Plenty of cool places within walking distance. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Great value and impeccably maintained and operated. Staff professional.

Very clean comfy beds and quiet

The walls were paper thin and the tv next door was on the whole night on the welcome screen so it played a very annoying repeating music. We did not sleep well at all.

Nice property

I will have to admit when we first got here we were not happy to find out that Hotels.com doesnt tell anyone that parking is not "free" and that this hotel only has 2 rooms with a bathtub so hotel members got first pick with those before 3rd party reservations....but the way the staff handled all of it was beyond professional and friendly! We found out how the parking works (its 20$ a day if you're staying the night) and they gave me and my family snacks and drinks from the market to say how sorry they were my daughter couldn't have her bubble bath. They even borrow out games for your family to play!
The room was beyond gorgeous, the beds were SO. COMFY. We were here to visit the inlaws and everytime we came back to our room it felt like home. They have a very nice kitchenette with pans and dishes and silverware so we could make a quick dinner/french toast. As a family of 4 we had plenty of space to spread out and we liked that. The cherry on the top was the heated pool! My family got to swim every night we were there till 10pm and we had so much fun to end the night before bed.
The staff was so sweet and kind, everyone greeted us (we're not used to that with our wild colored hair/nerdy tshirts) They even gave us a wonderful tip on dinner! If you need a burger go to Dagwoods just around the corner. It's cheap & delicious!
Breakfast was pretty good! I definitely recommend getting up at 7 to get there when all the foods fresh. We will definitely come back! =)

We stayed for a weekend, staff are polite and nice, lobby, rooms and hallways are always clean.
