Home, view and location are fantastic but a few things detracted from our stay here. Only two bedroom are inside the home. The other two are completely separate, which is tricky in very wet, stormy weather. The house is overly cluttered for our liking. There was not a clean surface anywhere for us to use for our jigsaw and we didn’t feel comfortable moving the fragile pieces. The kitchen appliances are impressive but cooking was not easy because the frypans were not adequate (not cleaned well by the previous tenants and Teflon coated) and the BBQ did not light. There was no obvious space for us to store our food. It was very hot inside, especially when there was no sea breeze. The internet was unreliable but this was addressed by the property manager, who also promptly provided a clothes horse to help dry washing when it was raining. Carolyn was very helpful indeed.
