Location
Pool too far away and the beach . No interior bar or restaurant

We really enjoyed the cleanliness and our room. We had a short walk to all the amenities and local restaurants.
I didn’t care for the open door policy for anyone coming into the pool. However, with the town being affected by the hurricane in 2022, I do understand need for revenue. Given understanding the need for revenue.
I am still disappointed that at the minimum the facility the resort did not restrict the festivities solely for those that paid for the resort, I feel it should not have been open to outsiders on holiday event. That was very disappointing we didn’t even get a seat for the firework show on the terrace that we paid for. We even went two hours early, looking around so many people without Margaritaville bands on which told me they were not guest at the resort. We even talked to an entire family that was sitting in the chairs that only came for the firework show to sit on the terrace.
In other words as a paying customer, I paid $2600 for four days. I would like to see the resort do a better job finding a way to manage their amenities to outside customers who are paying change and occupying the majority of a amenities in seats, compared to the resort customers paying the full price and not getting priority of location.

Everything. Valet. Lobby. Margaritaville Store. Outside restaurants and bar. Patio area. Pool. Beach side restaurants. Awesome place.
Nothing. It’s a perfect 10!!!!
4.3
Spotless facility, great beach, location to other restaurants. Fun energy. loved having our own balcony.
Finding chairs at pool if you don’t stand in line at 9a. Could get very loud at times. Staff were very helpful. Room housekeeping would come late afternoon when we were just returning from the pool or beach. Timing was not good.

It’s a beautiful resort. It’s also extremely busy since they sell day passes to the pool area. The rooms are nice and clean. I have stayed at a Margaritaville three times overall and the staff hasn’t been extremely friendly or helpful. We stay at similar resorts in various other areas and there is just a big disconnect from the staff to the customer. From check in to check out.
Start to finish it was the staff. Feeling rushed, no one available…they like to present as an all-inclusive but it is a lot of employees trying to service too many people.
4.3
Food & drink was mediocre at best.
Only good service was at the bar on the beach.
No beachfront property-ended up renting chais on the actual beach access from another entity.
Waited over 30 minutes for valet to get my car at checkout.
Room wasn’t ready until after 4:00

Esperaba otra cosa
Que había que caminar mucho para llegar a la playa y las sillas y la sombrilla hubo que pagarlas como también el parking

Sehr schöne Anlage ,nettes Personal und sehr sauber

The facility is beautiful. The staff was very friendly. We will definitely stay again.
The on-site parking is valet only, so when we ventured out, we felt obligated to tip each time. It was not explained that the chairs on the beach were not included. We were told that once we were already set up, it was $60 extra. This fee started once they had the pool. The chairs are free in that area. The breakfast is also not an included fee. The rooms also do not have a microwave.

Live music, outdoor fire place, food was yummm.
Overpriced everything, scratchy bed linens
4.3
The staff was incredible and the vibe was awesome.
Breakfast was not good. Both of our meals got messed up and the quality didn’t seem to equal the price.
4.3
The staff were at least nice and accommodating since even being 29 years old. I seem to be an anomaly to the staff.
The walls are paperthin…you either have people partying outside of your door in the morning or you can hear your neighbor having sex or going to the bathroom in the next room clear as day. You can hear the housekeeping staff yelling down the hallway at 9 am. God forbid someone could sleep in a hotel and have some peace when they're paying almost $400 a night.
4.3
Close to beach
Pool was not open yet and many things being finished because it’s a new property
4.3
Not all restaurants were open yet.
