About this house rental
Villa Bianca Hvar
In the small village of Sveta Nedjelja on the southern coast of the sunny island of Hvar lies the elegant Villa Bianca. The villa's extremely attractive location on a hill overlooking the sea offers an unforgettable view of the Adriatic Sea and the ruffled tops of the unkempt Mediterranean trees. Surrounded by wild, fragrant vegetation, Villa Bianca Hvar is an ideal oasis for an unforgettable summer vacation.
With a living area of 240 m², the spacious Villa Bianca Hvar offers spacious bedrooms and nicely furnished bathrooms on two levels. Each bedroom has its own terrace with sea view. The villa's open first floor consists of a modern kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, a lovely dining area and a cozy lounge with a charming fireplace. The villa's elevated hilltop location, combined with the large sliding glass doors, provides an enviable amount of natural daylight throughout the first floor and other levels. The interior of the fully air-conditioned Villa Bianca Hvar is furnished with designer furniture that features elegant, simple lines, while the clever use of wood and appealing colors adds warmth and coziness.
The sun-drenched living room opens to an outdoor terrace with a swimming pool (25 m²) and an outdoor shower. Guests can relax on the comfortable lounge chairs by the pool or prepare delicious meals on the charcoal grill in the summer kitchen. Spend the warm summer evenings and nights at the outdoor dining table while enjoying a glass of chilled wine from the well-stocked wine cellar. The minimalist approach is also evident in the outdoor space. Unobtrusive and simple, it perfectly complements the splendor of the surrounding Mediterranean vegetation, combining modernity with luxury and nature in a simple and irresistible way.
The mild Mediterranean climate and the high number of sunny days per year make the island of Hvar the ideal location for a summer vacation. Beautiful unspoiled beaches and bays with clear blue sea, olive groves and vineyards, picturesque villages and rich historical and cultural heritage are only a small part of the island's offer that enchants visitors from all over the world. Sveta Nedjelja, about 12 km from the town of Hvar, is simply the perfect place for an active and passive vacation with family and friends. The geographical position of the place favors the cultivation of grapevines on its steep and sunny slopes, making Sveta Nedjelja a popular wine-growing area known for some of the best Croatian red wines. Breathtakingly beautiful pebble beaches are nearby and offer numerous opportunities for activities such as swimming, windsurfing and fishing. The more adventurous among you will surely be thrilled to take a hike to the cave located above the village and to the top of the hill, Sveti Nikola, or try your hand at free climbing on the large, steep cliffs in the immediate vicinity of Sveta Nedjelja. In the beautiful town of Hvar, a quality range of restaurants and bars awaits you, as well as a vibrant nightlife.
