Accommodating 2 to 7 guests (with a capacity for 8), there is ample parking (easy to fit a boat). Montebello offers the perfect fusion of elegance and functionality. Nestled between Nelson and Richmond, it serves as an ideal launchpad to explore the region's acclaimed wineries in Waimea, Mapua, Kaiteriteri, and the breathtaking Abel Tasman. Elevate your stay at Montebello – where architectural brilliance meets coastal serenity. **Special conditions & notes**: - Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking inside. No pets. - This is a personal home, made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings. - Montebello is home to Sparkle the cat (lives mostly inside) & guests are asked to feed her - food will be left along with instructions :-) **Cancellation, COVID travel restrictions, Compassionate Circumstances**: - Please disregard the "Bookings at this property are non-refundable" information presented on this listing site. - Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks before arrival for any reason and you'll pay no more than 20% of the booking total + VRBO/affiliate site fees. - We will provide free postponement of your booking in the event of government travel restrictions, serious illness or other eligible compassionate circumstances. Please refer the Rental Agreement for full details - this is provided for your agreement during the booking process. :-)
