The home has a split system reverse cycle air conditioner for year round comfort.

Plenty of onsite parking available (not undercover)

The home is well equipped with coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and cleaning supplies.

Here, you are in a prime position for many great activities such as mountain biking at Mount Canobolas, Hiking the Pinnacle, taking a swim or a walk around the amazing Lake Canobolas, having a bite to eat at the local's best kept secrect 'Fiorinis' (the most authentic Italian restaurant you'll go to or visiting the many great wineries that surround the area. Word of Mouth & Ross Hill Wines are just 3km from this property!
In a short 10-15 minute drive, you will find yourself in the CBD of Orange where you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to eating out, having a drink at a bar, boutique shopping, picnics at the park and so much more!
