Summary:
Introducing Riverbank @ 1770. Stay on the famous foreshore, just a stroll to the water’s edge! Riverbank, one of the original homes in historic 1770, has been recently renovated and has all you need for a tranquil, relaxing holiday. Fishing, kayaking, boating and swimming are all at your fingertips, straight out the front door. The sunsets from the deck are spectacular! The yard is fully fenced, so you can bring your dog along too for a full family 1770 experience.
The Space:
- Sleeps up to 6 people
- Unlimited WIFI!
- Upstairs (loft level) there is a bathroom and 2 bedrooms – one with a queen bed and one with 2 king singles. The singles room enjoys views across the bay from the Juliet balcony.
- At mid level is the open plan kitchen/living area, TV and a deck with beautiful views. There is a Weber gas BBQ as well as a Weber kettle BBQ. On this level you'll also find the laundry and separate toilet.
Downstairs, at street level, is a queen bedroom and single carport. Please note that this is a 3 level property.
Other Things to Note:
Outside dogs only. There is an enclosed sleeping area downstairs for dogs.
