-The house will be professionally cleaned for your arrival and will be professionally cleaned upon your departure.
-No smoking allowed inside the house. If you smoke outside, please do not discard your cigarette butts in the house trash cans.
-Please no parties or large gatherings. Please note that there are stairs (27 steps) going up to the main door. It may not be suitable if you have difficulty climbing up.
-Maximum number of vehicles parked on the driveway is 4. Additional parking is available on the street.
