We booked this stay for a family reunion. The day before we had not received any information on how to enter the property so began reaching out. The day of as we got off of our flight we still didn’t have the information and had to chase to obtain the code to enter the property for our stay. We arrived at the house and the place was a complete disaster. It looked like someone had a party over several days and left it as is. There were dirty plates with food, empty beer bottles, garbage all in the kitchen, mold in the coffee pot & what appeared to be feces on the master bedroom floor and wall. We took pictures and sent them to the property manager and called them right away. They said that they had cleaners coming to clean at 8AM the next day, but would try to get someone sooner. They obviously had the wrong day for the start of our stay in their system - because why would a cleaning crew be scheduled to come while we are staying there & especially at 8AM. They were not able to get it cleaned that night but ended up arranging for us to stay in a smaller house further away. We got into the house after cleaning & we enjoyed the house from there. But the issues continued we got a notice on our door that we had to pay an additional amount that was outstanding. We paid through VRBO? We were told we would get a 1 day credit & never saw it. It is a big shame because its a nice house, but would never use Premier Property again.

I rented a house during spring break for my family from PPM. The property was as advertised and in a good location. It was also clean, however the trash cans were full to over flowing and therefore no place for my family to throw away trash. After the visit PPM invoiced me and I paid it. I had previously paid Vrbo. There was a 3% fee to pay with debit card. When the mistake was noted it took several attempts to get the money returned. Even then, not all of it was returned. The service fee was missing. PPM claims they did not have the money, their vendor who collects their fees had it. I suggest they get it back and make me whole. Instead they wanted me to try and get it refunded. I think that is totally inappropriate. This was their vendor and I have no relationship with them in any way. I have yet to receive the money. When I received the refund check it came in a certified letter that stated PPM had imposed a claim for damages. It gave me 15 days to dispute. The letter had taken over a week to arrive so I decided to hand deliver my dispute of damages. I went to the address the certified letter instructed me to send my response. It was a cosmetic surgery office. I then went to a second address that turned out to be a Beach store. I finally found a third address and found out the letter was not intended to claim damages but their way of sending out refunds. PPM has very poor business practices and customer service was worse. Avoid at all costs
