Our family enjoyed our beach vacation at this property. The amenities were as described. The only opportunity would be the amount of chairs included at the beach. For a house that sleeps 20, it would have been more enjoyable to have more than 4 beach chairs included in the rental. We ended up purchasing additional chairs which was pretty expensive on top of what was spent on the accommodations.

The house is exactly as described and even better than the pictures show. A comfortable and cozy living area right off of the kitchen that has every appliance, big and small as well as a big pantry to store everything. The large dining table was great for family meals (14 of us) as well as for playing cards. Having two washers and dryers as well as two dishwashers made life so much easier. The bedrooms and baths are roomy and the beds are so comfortable. The house is located very close to many shops and the private beach is stunning. A quick walk over the dune and you are ready to sit in your beach chair that is set up each day for you. 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas are provided, but no need to worry if you need more as there is a bin at the bottom of the stairs on your way to the beach that has chairs, umbrellas and all kinds of toys, water and sand. The hot tub was enjoyed and is a nice addition to the property. The property owner/manager was very attentive and texted throughout our stay to check in and to see if there was anything we needed. We had one small problem with one of the bathrooms and it was taken care of immediately without interrupting any of our beach time. It was a wonderful vacation in a beautiful place and a beautiful home. We will definitely stay here again!

This place will meet all your needs. Beautiful views. Plenty of room for your crew. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of cooking and baking utensils. Large refrigerator and a wine and beer fridge. Ice maker also. Beds are comfortable. Every bedroom has its own TV. Beach chairs and some water toys supplied. Parking for 6 vehicles. Plenty of seating. Awesome place. Owners are very attentive to your needs.

Having 2 dishwashers, microwaves, and washers & dryers made cooking and cleanup simple for our group of 10. GLAM-Destin was very responsive and checked in several times throughout our stay. This house was perfect for our family reunion. There are Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms that everyone has their own space. The common areas are fantastic. We had dinner on the enormous dining table with plenty of room to spare. The house has beautiful outdoor decks to watch the sunset with a glass of wine overlooking the beach. We loved having the beach at our back door. I would highly recommend this house. The staff was very attentive, they sent me a text everyday to ensure our stay was going well.

Our Girl Scout troop held it's Mommy & Me Beach trip at this home and it was PHENOMENAL for our group of 20.
Clean, ease of access to restaurants, stores, and the highway, and overall accommodating for the all.
There was plenty of space for all. Great home for hosting a large group.

This is the best Beach house we have ever stay in. They had all the equipment necessary, other than seasonings. The access to the beach was easy and it was very peaceful. The home was extremely clean. I would love to stay here again in the future.

The dune beachy house was great! There was more than enough room for our family and the double washer and dryer were great! This home had everything you could possibly need from beach toys & chairs to towels and soap we did not lack anything. The restaurant's and shopping nearby were great…. Needless to say we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

The house is very large and very accommodating. Newly renovated and decorated . Great furniture. Lots of dining seating . Huge couches easily seating at least 15 in the family room. Nice furniture on the deck. More than amply stocked kitchen , everything you could need and more. The location is great. Short drive from airport. A short walk to a few restaurants making it easy for everyone to eat breakfast or lunch as they please throughout the day or hang at the bar. We will be back.

Dune Beachy was awesome! The house is large enough to accommodate big families, the location is ideally placed with amenities close by, and being able to walk directly out on to the private beach was amazing. The kitchen is well stocked and the home was clean, tidy and beautifully decorated. Communication with the host was also excellent as they check in before and throughout your stay to make sure everything is going well. Would absolutely recommend!!!

We really enjoyed our visit. Home was very clean and well stocked. The proximity to beach was so nice. Kids could easily come and go to house. We had an easy time communicating to get help when power went off briefly and WiFi needed to be reset. I would definitely stay here again.

The home was very well kept, very clean, perfect for a family, and of course, on prime property! Enjoyed having our chairs and umbrellas set out on the beach every morning and collected at night. Beautiful view and sunsets.

This house is exceptional in every way. From the floor plan, beach access and location, to the plentiful supply of linens, kitchen appliances, dishes, cookware and enormous dining table, everything we needed was provided. The house was extremely clean, well furnished, beautifully decorated and very welcoming. This is the only house I've rented in the area that I would want to stay in again and hope to be able to. It was perfect for our Thanksgiving family vacation.

Needs coffee filters, paper towels and garbage bags…most homes provide plenty of those items
Also, check out time is way way way too early. Most hotels and houses have an 11;00 am checkout. 9:00 is just too early

The description and photos were accurate to the way we found the house. Everything was new and sparkling clean. We loved the location of the house - right along Scenic Gulf drive, a short walk or drive to restaurants, an outlet mall, a golf cart rental shop, etc. When we contacted the management our questions were addressed promptly. They were very accomodating in allowing early check-in. Beach wasn't crowded and we had a two umbrella / four chair setup included. Perfect!
