A truly unique experience at the foothills of the prestigious Buda area called Rozsadomb. This apartment is perfect for anyone who's looking for a high quality home in a residential neighborhood, still only minutes away from public transport to downtown.
The apartment is in the ground floor of a villa house dated from the beginning of the 1900's, restored to its original beauty.
The space
The apartment is 140 sqms with 3 bedrooms containing double beds in each room. There are 3 separate bathrooms including a nice size sauna with showers in all of them and 2 separate toilets.
Flat screen internet TV's are part of all 3 bedrooms. High speed WiFi available free of charge.
A sunny terrace is also part of this beautiful family friendly home where you can feel right at home in quiet surroundings with lots of green areas all around.
The major tram line connecting different parts of Budapest is only a 4 minute walk away. Local market and shopping mall Mammut is just 5 minutes away, so is the newly developed Millenaris Park with restaurants, cafes.
Margit Sziget, the famous island in the middle of Budapest is just a couple of tram stops.
