整體不錯

老闆娘人很好雙人房位置足夠地鐵站大概走個5分鐘但是第一天要推大型行李上斜坡真的很累所以只要撐過第一天的推行李接下來就很OK

整體很棒老闆娘服務態度很好

老闆娘很棒會很耐心跟你介紹周遭的景點跟好吃的餐廳第一天見到你，甚至會泡果汁給你喝（超級好喝）然後每天都會跟你問候最喜歡的會是住宿員工的良好態度

三人房不夠大間一次只能一個人攤開行李平常時候行李會放在房間外的儲藏櫃（會有鑰匙上鎖）如果住宿空間加大會很不錯

sollten wir wieder nach Tokio kommen, dann werden wir wieder hier wohnen!

super süßes kleines Hotel, sehr nettes Personal, alles sehr persönlich eingerichtet, Waschmaschine und Trockner im Hotel, viel Ausstattung (Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Tee, Kaffee, etc.), sehr sauber, gute Lage mit vielen Bahnverbindungen direkt in der Nähe, von der netten Dame an der Rezeption gab es beim Check-In viele Tipps für den Aufenthalt, zum Essen gehen und für Sehenswürdigkeiten, die Dachterrasse war für die Abendstunden der Hammer!, sehr bequeme und große Betten mit angenehmer Bettwäsche, ein außergewöhnlich großes Zimmer und Badezimmer, Gepäck konnte an das Hotel geschickt und nach dem Check-Out auch noch im Hotel gelagert werden

das Hotel liegt auf einer steil ansteigenden kleinen Straße, das Hotel hat keinen Fahrstuhl - das wussten wir aber aus der Beschreibung vorher und wenn man keine Gehbehinderung hat, dann ist das kein Problem - unsere Koffer wurden für uns aufs Zimmer gebracht und am Abreisetag wurde uns auch mit dem Gepäck geholfen.

Amazing value, great stay!

I couldn't be more impressed with the 2 staff members! They were very kind and helpful. The room was comfortable, and the price was amazing! Very close to the trains.

I loved Hotel Yuni and the hosts so much! Incredible location and price.

Our hosts were so accommodating! We were given tea, a tour, and food recommendations upon arrival. They were so kind and helped us with everything we needed anytime of day! Hotel Yuni was a great experience and I'm so glad we stayed there.

This has less to do with the hosts and more with the Booking.com UI. I had a handful of questions before arriving that I tried messaging them about in regards to location, luggage, etc. But the messaging platform on Booking wasn't working and even though our hosts answered all of our questions (probably quite thoroughly) I couldn't view their responses no matter what internet service or device I used. That was frustrating, so hopefully Booking.com can fix that.

Magnificent

It was absolutely perfect in every way. First of all, the staff was excellent. They were all friendly and full of excitement to help with everything. A hotel where you will feel safe and at home. I would definitely recommend it.

Great little hotel with supernice owners in the heart of Tokyo

It's a great little hotel in a perfectly central location with easy access to Kagurazaka, Shinjuku, Shibuya. The Ichigaya station is just 5min walking distance, which makes it very convenient to reach many destinations within Tokyo including the Studio Ghibli in Mitaka. The hosts of this hotel were very attentive and friendly. It had a familiar feeling, which we as a family always appreciate. We loved this hotel and we think its the best value for money in Tokyo!

Toda la estadía estuvo perfecta. Yuni es la mejor. Te explica todo muy bien. Te dice que restaurantes comer, como agarrar las estaciones. Se esmera por hacerte sentir bienvenido y cómodo. Mejor lugar no pudimos haber escogido.

Incredibly helpful staff, cozy environment. Speaking in English and the location was easy to find and very close to Ichigaya station.

Most hospitable hosts, our favorite place we stayed in Japan! Yumi is the BEST! We felt so welcomed and it was very comfortable, no unnecessary frills and all of our needs were met. Can’t wait to come back, would recommend 100%

スタッフは大変親切でした。リーズナブルでも有りました。

エレベーターがなかった。駅からは近いがたどり着くまでの坂が急勾配で膝の調子が悪い夫…シニア夫婦には地獄坂…おまけにエレベーターが無いなんて！はぁはぁ😵💨テレビが映らなかった…ナント…アンテナが接続されてなかった😭セルフゴミ捨てや使用済みカップセルフ片付けとか家庭用歯磨きチューブとか新しいホテルライフ勉強になりました。便座はウォシュレット無しで冷たかったので近くのダイソウで便座シートを買って来てほっとして用を足せました😨

Wanna stay again

Friendly staffs and easy to access everywhere. I stayed around two weeks and always the room was comfortable and clean without any noise. Love the place ^^

Building itself was old but well maintained and clean. If someone wants lifts there’s no lift.

Amazing - would definitely book with Yuni again!

We had an amazing stay over the Nee Year period. We loved the hardworking and cheerful staff who ensured we had a pleasant stay. They would frequently go above and beyond to inform us about events and attractions in the local area. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and large for Japanese standards. The couple who work at the property are so generous and warm and welcoming. This was easily our best accomodation in all of Japan.

Lovely place at excellent location and with outstanding staff

Albeit being up the steep hill, the location is very good, and you can even see the Tokyo Sky Tree from the window. The staff is super nice and helpful, especially as I arranged the stay for my family visiting me in Tokyo. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for affordable quality accommodation in the city centre.

Es war ein wunderbarer Tokioaufenthalt

Yuni ist die beste Gastgeberin der ganzen Welt. Wir fühlten uns in ihrem Hotel willkommen und sehr wohl. Alle waren überaus hilfsbereit , freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hotel liegt sehr zentral um die Stadt zu erkunden.

한국인 사장님이 계셔서 궁금한 점이나 문의사항을 여쭤보기 너무 편했습니다. 그리고 처음 방을 보자마자 일본의 숙소치고 넓은 점이 마음에 들었습니다. 숙소 주위는 조용한 동네 느낌이라 잘 때 소음은 하나도 없었습니다. 옥상뷰도 예쁩니다.

모든게 다 만족스러웠습니다만 하나만 뽑자면 일회용 바디타올이 있으면 좋겠다는 생각이 들었습니다!

I would easily recommend this hotel to anyone, wery good value for the money.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was relatively large (by Japanese standards). The location was very central in Tokyo with good connection to public transport. The bed was comfortable with soft pillows (which apparently is not that common in Japan).

The room was clean, but relatively old. The toilet was not a fancy Japanese toilet. The toilet brand was TOTO which is the same brand I saw in many of the fancy modern toilets, but this was a old model without any heating of the seat, or any of the other features we quickly learned to appreciate :) There is no breakfast, but you can find good places to eat just outside the hotel.

A charming Hotel in an Excellent location

This was a really charming little hotel. The front desk staff are available 24hrs a day and are very friendly and easy to talk to. Additionally, the hotel was located at the intersection of about 4 different metro lines so it is a good place to stay if you want to check out other areas of Tokyo!

There is a fairly steep hill that you need to climb to get from the metro station to the hotel. If you don't want to climb the hill it's really cheap to just get the 2 minute cab ride from the station to the hotel.

Hotel Yuni ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The owners were incredibly kind and attentive. The rooms and bathrooms were a comfortable size, including a personal fridge, a TV that received local channels (with HDMI input as well), microwave access, easy trash disposal and much more. This place was an absolute slam dunk and I would recommend it to anyone planning to stay in the area.

It's on top of a hill, which isn't too bad, but if you have difficulty with inclines or stairs it could pose a challenge.
