The hotel might be suitable for those coming for parties, but it’s not ideal for a comfortable stay. Noise, dirt, staff

The hotel looks modern and stylish, especially in the photos. It’s a good fit for those who come for parties or are looking for an active nightlife.

Unfortunately, the room was very noisy. You can hear everything: songs from the street, dishwashing sounds, conversations from the neighbors, loud door slamming, and constant dripping from the air conditioner. Despite the variety of food, the pastries were not fresh, and the dishes were often dirty. Some of the items, like sausages, omelets, and pastries (except for the bread), I wouldn’t recommend. Additionally, the experience with the staff was disappointing: the cleaner entered the room twice without knocking, and after cleaning, the floors were still dirty. The reception was no help with solving problems: noisy neighbors, who kept us awake, were ignored, and when I inquired about the payment difference, the staff just turned their back without offering any explanation or checking if I had any more questions.

If you are looking for cheap and cheerful then this is by far the best option.

The pool was huge and spacious. The brunch went until 1.30. Great location. Friendly staff.

Bed was itchy. Food wasn’t amazing.

La propriété est à revoir. La house de lit banquette était sale, il y avait des cheveux dans la salle de bains. Les couverts, assiettes et verres du petit déjeuner étaient très sales. La piscine également était sale. Quelqu’un nous a jeté une glace à l’eau sur la porte pendant la nuit. Rien n’allait

El hotel está muy bien ubicado , a tan solo 3 cuadras de la playa y cerca de todo , cuenta con un servicio de brunch extendido muy amplio del cual podés desayunar y almorzar. Las habitaciones están bien son amplias y cómodas , el personal super amable y predispuestos siempre, sin dudas es una opción que volvería a repetir , precio/ calidad súper recomendable

Que no tenga ducha fija que es la manguera móvil colgada Pero es un detalle pequeño eso

Amazing 👌

Honestly this place exceeded my expectations. I booked it as it was the cheapest place on a last minute decision to go for some party in Mallorca. Room is big and modern, you have sofa and balcony if you want to bring some company. Pool is amazing and breakfast blew my mind. Huge buffet with everything you could think of, which stays open until 13:30. That's genius and all other 5 star hotels can hige. Congratulations and mucha gracias!

Enjoyable stay with good amenities and helpful staff, though hindered by noisy night life nearby.

The breakfast was good enough with a decent variety. It has all the extras we need (A swimming pool, a gym) and a comfortable lobby area for anyone to relax in. The staff were accommodating and nice. The location was amazing - Nearby there were many shops for groceries, Supermarkets, restaurants, fast food chains, and a beautiful sandy beach (10 min walk). Also, the public transport bus that takes you to the airport stops at a bus stop near the hotel (10-minute walk) - the hotel is about a 25-minute drive from the hotel so very good location for families. The 2 rooms we booked were good sizes, both of our rooms had a double bed and a sofa bed that can sleep 2 people (so in one room booking, 4 people can sleep there comfortably). As a black traveller, I always worry about experiencing racism when travelling around Europe but i can say all staff members were very nice, the locals were very nice and welcoming and there are all different types of people from all walks of life working at this hotel and visiting the area.

I thought there was an indoor pool but there wasn't (maybe I was wrong to believe there was one). We weren't allowed floats in the pool (even for the kids) despite parts of the pool being very deep (about 1.7m deep) - for this reason, I didn't feel like the kids were safe in the pool, especially if they can't swim (there was a lifeguard nearby at all times but still, I would have felt better if the children at least can use floats). Bare in mind that its night life area, so there are many young brits on holiday and staying at this hotel. at night time they were occasionally very loud and drunk (one guy even came to my door very drunk during the night which was scary seeing that i was with kids by myself).
