What I liked about the property it has space to Breathe and to put my luggage and shopping bags. It got 2 beds witch is what we wanted.
We booked this apartment (5a) and unfortunately lost the key around 11:00 PM. Despite multiple attempts to reach the host, she did not respond to our calls or messages until 8:00 AM the next morning. We were left wandering the streets, exhausted and stressed. When she finally called back, she informed us that she would come at 11:00 AM. Why didn’t she at least came and open the door for us so we can get some rest? However, she then called again, (screaming) at us for contacting the manager and accusing us of causing complaints from the neighbors.
It's worth noting that we were nowhere near the apartment when the key was lost. Her behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. The most absurd part was her comment, "Even a child can't lose a key." This kind of response felt more like we were being scolded in an elementary school than being treated like adults.
This staff member has no communication skills at all. Screaming at a client and accusing us for talking to neighbors about the lost key? We didn’t even know we had neighbors!!!
Even though, she first texted me for our stay and mentioned if you lost the key we can give you a copy for 50$, i payed politely with no hesitation, then why the screaming?

Very clean property despite in an old building. Well equipped kitchen and has strong wifi. Close to subway station and has convenience store nearby
There is no elevator in the building and its located on 5th floor. Steps are very steep, difficult when having too many luggage or when coming back with heavy groceries
