Menarik dan petugas bernama Habib sangat bertanggungjawab serta amanah .

Rumah cantik , kemas , bersih dan semua barangan dapur berfungsi dengan baik.

Air panas /waterheater .. bila ramai yang guna bilik air untuk mandi dan dan sebagainya air menjadi sejuk hanya 2 orang mandi dan air dah sejuk

We love it.. nice view and at the top.. Facilities is sufficient.. room is big, if they could put extra towel and pillow would be nice.

bilik yang selesa tapi lebih selesa jika buat pembersihan sebelum guest check in sebab dah bayar fee cleaning😊

decoration rumah cantik. complete dengan dapur. good facilities. view yang superb cantik

cadar berhabuk dan kotor. mungkin tak pernah tukar. langsir kotor. lantai melekit. tombol pintu tandas tercabut. cleaning fee dah bayar tapi pembersihan kurang memuaskan

Safe & decent stay if you don’t bother much.

Scenic location, safety and local commuting options. Shops & Mini marts inside the venue.

Construction work happening 24/7 and it’s noisy. Room is not so clean, kitchen utilities can be better. Screens have fungal spots and balcony is so unclean. The swimming pool stinks so badly. I’ve been to this place 5 years back & it’s deteriorating in quality. Place is economical & friendly owner. WIFI connection is poor

The studio was perfect everything ok, but they have to add restaurants not only small cafeteria or the hotal restaurant

Everything is good but

lack of restaurants even there is no grab food or grab taxi .. they have taxi service but the proce crazy like for 1 person 80 to Outlet !!

A cool getaway from the hot weather and the city madness

The location is great. From the distance, you can see the First World Hotel of the Genting complex. It is a great place for families and lovers to unwind, without having to go to the casino. The facilities and condition of the property are good and well-maintained. Would certainly recommend to friends and relatives.

The prices in the restaurants are a bit on the high side. Otherwise, it is fine.

Overall a good experience to stay

It was a pleasant experience with accurate photos comfortable clean and good wifi connection. The staff was helpful co-operative and kind!

The Ac wasn't working well, drinking water was only warm and hot not room temperature....! The location was not walking distance from the amusement park

Perfect for my family.

Property is good. Check in and check out just in minutes. Very responsive staff. Many slippers are available. Water dispenser and some utensils perfect. I will recommend this unit.

Towels are not clean. Dusty under the bed.

Good staycation option 10min away from Genting

Stayed a night and this place met all our needs perfectly. Not luxurious, but has hallmarks of decent hotel. Staff were responsive, free parking / access card provided, rooms were clean (indoor slippers provided), coffee and tea making facilities (no microwave), strong WiFi, shampoo provided, hot shower available, and only an easy 10 minute drive up to Genting. Check in details were clear and check-in/check-out process were seamless. RM100 cash deposit required at check-in/ to be returned upon check-out.

The balcony view!

The sewage smell of the room even after compiling 2 times and the maintenance cam trying to fix the issue but unfortunately the smell still there for whole the week.

The most disappointed stay in genting area

Location is good

Water heater is a disaster. Totally bath with cold water in that cold weather. Asked for help but came back with answer that we needed to wait for at least 20mins until another person to use. We booked for four persons. So estimated two hours for us all to get done bathing after whole day outside. Air circulation in the room was not good at all especially the bathroom.

Affordable but tired and not well maintained.

Affordable. Not too far from Genting SkyWorld (by car). Room was changed upon request.

I was expecting a studio apartment with a kitchenette but the room was a basic hotel room. There was a door to an adjoining room but no lock on my side, so I felt unsafe and didn't sleep well that night. Woke up the next morning to a dripping leak in the bathroom ceiling. Room was changed and I was given a studio apartment, however the room was damp, marks on the wall and mold on the curtains. The whole place was very tired looking.

not happy with the cleanliness and smell inside the units.

the unit decoration was nice but the apartment unit not clean and has unpleasant smell. towels dirty . bathrooms are not clean.

Hmm...

the environment not bad, early morning being wake up by the sunrise, this is the nicest gift. The kitchen is full with necessary utensils but too bad no any sugar available.

The service is quite bad, someone put on the loud music at around 5am but nowhere to complain and settle it, have to wait till the music off at 7am

It could be better. Below expectations.

The room itself was generously sized, providing ample space to move around comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen was a standout feature, allowing me to prepare meals just the way I like them. The hot water in the bathroom was consistently available, and the clean beds ensured a restful night's sleep.

The cleanliness of the flat left much to be desired, with noticeable lapses in housekeeping that impacted my comfort. The rooms were uncomfortably humid and cold, making it challenging to find the right balance for a cozy stay. The broken closets, coupled with non-switchable lamps inside, added to the inconvenience. The bedside lamps are broken. The lack of a heating mode in the air-conditioners exacerbated the cold conditions, making it less than ideal for a comfortable night's sleep. The use of a TV set-top box for YouTube and other services felt somewhat painful (it was offline most of the time). Additionally, wet toilet paper in the bathroom was an unexpected and unpleasant surprise. Navigating the hotel proved to be a challenge. The room was in one tower, but check-in and check-out were located in another, creating unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. Especially at night and in fog. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel staff was responsive to my concerns and did their best to address them. However, these issues significantly impacted my overall satisfaction with the stay.

Would choose other places if I were ever to go Genting again, sort of sum it all.

The apartment is pretty nice, parking convenient.

The low rating is really a result of not having hot water for shower. This is not quite acceptable and this mind you, is really another B&B set up, but without new sponge for washing dishes being provided. Well, much room to be improved.
