Recently renovated, this beautiful lake home offers sunrise views that will take your breath away. Inside, wood flooring and lake views span the length of the great room. Plush furniture adorned in cool shades of blues offer the perfect spot to curl up and relax with a glass of Finger Lakes wine, or a cup of coffee and a book.
A large kitchen complete with shiny granite counter tops, white cabinetry is stocked with a plentiful supply of your favorite cooking and bakingware. Meal time will be a breeze with the added island in the middle of the room!
Just off the kitchen, the master bedroom with king size bed and garden view is available. A private master suite with stand up shower, and separate soaking are an added bonus and touch of luxury.
Completing the lower level are the second full bath and laundry room. Moving upstairs, an additional four bedrooms all designed with your comfort in mind can be found. Retreat each evening to your cozy room. Whether your view is a lake view or garden view, the experience will without a doubt be divine.
Outside, a large balcony with patio set and grill make entertaining easy! A lower level patio offers shade from those sunny days. Watch as your friends and family fish from the dock or play on the shore. As night falls, take the "Steps to the Beach" and enjoy visiting with your group of travelers and build a fire in the lakeside pit. 150 ft of private lake frontage is available for your group to enjoy, and no trip to the lake is complete without a bonfire!
Located just a short distance from Rochester’s I-390. Local favorites like the 3 Legged Pig, the Beachcomber and Galene. There is plenty of Finger Lakes fun!
