Villa Katarina Diklo is located in the city of Zadar, one of the most beautiful Dalmatian cities, whose list of sights is extremely long. It is a city that is visited every year by many domestic and foreign tourists because everyone can find something for themselves. What attracts guests the most is the fact that there are not many roads in the centre of Zadar, so it makes it easier to see the city and is accessible to all those who like to walk and create memories. If you are a fan of historical sights, untouched nature and the clear Adriatic Sea, then Villa Katarina Diklo, together with the city of Zadar, is an excellent choice for a family holiday with children or a group of dearest friends.
The villa was built in 2021 in a rustic style, has 140 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 600 m2. It is 1 km away from the nearest sea and beach, and the same distance from the nearest restaurants and cafes. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 and optimally 6 people.
There are 3 bedrooms with double beds, one of which has an ensuite bathroom with shower, and there are two more ordinary bathrooms, also with showers. There is also a TV in each bedroom. In the living room you will be comfortably seated on a sofa that also serves as an extra bed for two people, and there is also a TV, chest of drawers, romantic fireplace, armchair and coffee table. Near the living room there is a game room, where both younger and older ones will have fun playing billiards or darts.
The modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favourite meals for the whole family, and in the dining room there is a dining table for 6 people, and includes a TV.
Villa Katarina Diklo has a sea view from the living room, one bedroom, tavern and game room.
The kitchen and dining room lead directly to the outdoor terrace, which will leave you breathless. You will find pleasant refreshment during the day or night in the pool of 32 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m. You will sunbathe on 5 deck chairs, you can also use the outdoor wood grill and dine on the outdoor dining table. You will be able to drink your morning coffee on the outdoor seating set, which includes a coffee table.
Additional facilities include a washing machine, dryer and iron, and if necessary, a baby cot is available.
The villa also has a beautifully landscaped garden, and inside the yard offers 2 private parking spaces. Outside the yard there are two more parking spaces, and the villa is fully fenced.
