This place was exactly as described and was very clean and comfortable. Every amenity possible was there. The parking space was a huge plus. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay!

Great location to explore Richmond Center and just seconds from the interstates. Well appointed apartment, nicely decorated and modern. My only objection is..add a couple extra ice trays😂😂. Overall a pleasant stay!

The condo was great...and very clean! Really enjoyed having the patio/balcony - outdoor space.
Wish we could have stayed longer. The steps were not a problem for us at all.... but just be aware that as soon as you walk in the door from the sidewalk - that there is a staircase/steps that you have to go up to get to the condo....but like i said it wasn't a problem

Me and my girlfriend wanted to explore Richmond and decided to go here. The host was very responsive with any and all issues. The place was clean and tidy when coming in. All the utensils were stocked up and clean. It was a nice getaway for the week!
Ps. There’s some good coffee spots around highly recommend trying them and exploring the area

The apartment was absolutely beautiful, pictures don't do it justice! It was super clean and very cozy, great location, easy to get to and designated parking - it doesnt get much better than this!! The stairs into the apartment are narrow, as was the parking space, but neither were really an issue for my husband and I. We would definitely stay again when returning to the Richmond area!!

I felt like the property needed a good scrub down and that we left it cleaner than when we arrived. I also feel like the listing was deceiving - no door on the bathroom and private parking if you have a very small vehicle. Glad we didnt drive our truck!

My wife and I found the apartment very neat and clean. It had easy access to the highway and was minutes away from Carey Town and whole lot of eateries. Also near some great hikes by the James River. The bed was comfy and clean and there is storage for unpacking clothes. The ad says it’s on Clay Street but access to the unit is on 3rd with a dedicated parking space. My wife and I are 60 and we found the stairs leading up to the unit were a little bit challenging for us. Ice in the freezer would have made arrival a bit more pleasant too.
We really enjoyed our stay and plan on returning in the future.
Definitely recommend it!

We wanted to go to Richmond to visit our son and daughter-in-law who recently relocated there from Johnson City, Tennessee. My wife found this place on VRBO website. It's located near our son and daughter-in-law, close to restaurants, close to historic places we want to visit, and the photos perfectly matched what we saw when we got there. It's clean, cosy, kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, comfortable bed, nice sized walk-in shower, beautiful hardwood floors, and comfortable atmosphere. We loved the reserved off street parking space, but it's a small space between the buildings better suited to a smaller model car. If you are driving a large Cadillac or something similar you may not be able to park in that spot. Front door is very close to the parking spot, and the code lock allows for quick entry. It's a cool and historic neighborhood and we felt safe walking around looking at stores and trying out the many cafes' and coffee shops. But I would advise against walking around the area at night. Also loved the outside sitting area overlooking North 3rd Street. This place is perfect for a couple - two people. Too small for a family. When we return to Richmond, this is where my wife and I will stay. Thanks.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, so many pros. Very central location directly across from the Convention Center yet quiet at night. The checkin process was contactless and smooth, as was the checkout. We did need to contact the host who responded quickly and was pleasant and professional. The apartment was stylish and super comfortable; attention to detail was apparent and it was well stocked (we really appreciated the tea kettle as we are a tea drinking family, not coffee - this was our first rental with one!)
The water pressure was great, hot water flowed well. The bed slept well even though we prefer firm, I believe the bed will meet most people’s preferences- I’d say it’s medium firm; great linens for bed and bath. All kitchen items, nice dishes and utensils… on and on. This will be my first choice when I visit Richmond in the future.

Everything was great, my only problem was finding the door to the apartment which is a little confusing in the listing. If the listing is updated to make it more clear where to enter, it’ll be perfect. Heat works well, bed is comfy, and it’s easy to walk to anything downtown :)
