The unit is located on the 4th floor of a new 6-story building, The Hyve. This brand new building offers the best of both worlds: the services of a hotel, such as on-site host, security, pool, and gym with Peloton bikes, combined with the comfort of having an entire apartment to yourself! Enjoy the convenience of complimentary on-site parking, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
GUEST ACCESS
Come and go as you please with seamless self-check-in via smart locks. Full access instructions are provided two days before arrival. Guests will be invited to download The Latch App before their stay. We will need an email on file to give you Latch access.
Parking
Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the gated garage located on the south side of the building (in front of Bad Axe). If there are no spaces available, there is public paid parking on the north side of the building, just past Third Man Records.
If you are arriving using a rideshare service, you will be dropped off in front of the building on 7th Ave S. Please use the ramp/walkway to the lobby. Use the Latch App to open the lobby door. From there, you will either see us in the lobby or find your way to the elevator and up to your unit for self check-in.

This property is located in Pie Town, a burgeoning neighborhood adjacent to The Gulch and SoBro, and walking distance to Broadway, The Music City Center, and The Bell Tower Wedding Venue. Conveniently located between Belmont University, the Gulch, and Broadway. Try throwing axes at Bad Axe located just across the street, enjoy live jazz music at Rudy's jazz bar, a cocktail at Blind Barber, visit the bridal shop on the 1st floor of the building, or enjoy a delicious family-style meal at Arnold's country kitchen!

Parking: The building offers a free, secured parking garage on the upper level for guests and owners, with approximately 30 spaces on a first-come, first-served basis. An on-site paid public parking garage is available on the lower level, with EV charging. Free street parking is also available.

Seasonal Pool: The pool is open May through October, every day from 7 am-10 pm.

Sleep sound machines and earplugs are provided. Noise-sensitive guests may prefer a location further from downtown.

The place is just amazing. Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We had six people on this trip and there was plenty of space. Not far from broadway but is a bit of a walk. But don’t worry there are scooters you can rent and use this location as a drop off if you’re looking to have some fun riding them on the streets. Would definitely book again I when we come back this way.

It was a beautiful stay. The building itself was new and unit was well decorated. The only minor complaint that I have was that the beds were horribly uncomfortable, but as a whole experience I would give it a 4.5 stars.
The biggest issue we had was that there is a very large homeless shelter down the street and many, many people loitering outside and lying on the sidewalks. We happened to see several situations in our 2 days at the property where multiple police cruisers made arrests right across the street. It didn’t make us feel very confident about walking the few blocks downtown (even in the day time).

Lovely, very well maintained, clean place, and walkable to the Nashville hot spots. Melissa was very responsive and helpful. We had a great time, and would highly recommend a stay here.

Beautiful and very clean and modern condo. The decor was gorgeous. It was an easy walk to all the downtown attractions including Broadway. Plenty of room for sleeping arrangements and two baths for 5 women was perfect. We had a great time and would love to come back in the Summer to enjoy the outdoor amenities as well. Thank you for your hospitality.

Beautiful condo within walking distance of Broadway. Enjoyed all of the amenities. Would recommend an Uber at night, due to the homeless population in the area.

Everything was wonderful about our stay except the neighborhood. Two different people told us not to walk anywhere. Use Uber or Lyft! However, once inside the property, we felt totally safe and secure. Our unit was clean, spacious and well-equipped. The staff is very kind and helpful!

The location was very close to the convention center (5-10 min.) and Broadway (10-15 min) walking distance. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. The rooms were VERY clean and updated. The host walked me through check in because I have not used an APP to check in before. Very friendly. Secured doors at night. I would stay here again.

The property was clean and comfortable. The walk from property to Broadway was a little concerning if walking by yourself.
The host was amazing with communication, the VRBO app however wouldnt let me communicate through the app.
