About this villa rental
The property, thanks to its spacious interiors and its large exteriors, guarantees a pleasure and safe stay. All the areas, including the swimming pool, are carefully sanitized and sterilized for the health and tranquility of guests.
Distances: Cortona with all kinds of shops 1 km (within walking distance for fit guests), Camucia 1 km, Arezzo about 30 km. Perugia and Siena are approx. 50 km away.
At guests’ disposal: terraced garden offering extensive views over the surrounding landscape and small stone swimming-pool (3,5 x 4 m - open from 15/04 to 15/10) provided with hydromassage jets and charming waterfall, barbecue. Laundry with washing-machine and iron. All of the bedrooms of the first floor are provided with air-conditioning. WI-FI internet connection available (free of charge). Parking within the grounds.
Extra services: maid service available by arrangement (€ 15,- / per hour). Baby bed available on request.

Ground floor: entrance, living-room (sat. TV) with fireplace, dining area and access to an additional living area with air conditioning (giving on to the ouside) and with double sofa-bed (free of charge for 1 person - if used by 2 persons there is an extra charge of € 80,- / per week) and access to a bedroom with a single bed and to a bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub, kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher) with fireplace and dining area.
1st floor (accessible via an external stone staircase too): double bedroom (air conditioning), twin-bedded room (air conditioning), bathroom with shower (Jacuzzi).
Arrival between 16:00 and 19:00
Departure between 08:00 and 10:00
