About this apartment rental
Ocean Villa 111 is located at the heart of Oahu’s fabled North Shore, nestled within the grounds of the world-famous Turtle Bay Resort. Locals call this ‘country’ for its exquisite beaches, surf heavens, and relative lack of tourists — yet the metropolis of Honolulu is only an hour’s drive. Food trucks, fresh ahi, and farmer’s markets are just down the street, and so is five star dining, sight-seeing, and adventure. This beach level villa gives you direct access to the heated pool and jacuzzi.
Our family has owned this villa for many years and love it for all of the following reasons. Ground level units are perfect for easy access to the amenities. You can see the pool from our living room. Without needing to go up and down stairs or elevators, our children feel free to run around. We hope you enjoy making memories in our family's little piece of paradise.

The master bedroom includes a king-size bed equipped with a large walk-in closet and flat screen TV for ultimate relaxation as well as blackout curtains. Wander into the master bath for a mesmerizing soak in the large marble tub. Guests can also enjoy a separate shower, a private lavatory and double vanity counter with stunning marble countertops.
The beach closet includes:
o 2 boogie boards,
o 3 beach chairs,
o 1 umbrella,
o 1 cooler
Beach towels will be found in the unit. We can provide up to 2 Pack'n Play with mattresses and sheets as well as 2 high chairs if asked.
We include paper towels, napkins, tissue, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and bath soap. All your soft linens, bath and beach towels are included as well.
The beach just outside the villa is a public beach that everyone is allowed access to. You can use the following Turtle Bay Resort Amenities:

Almost all of our guests rent a car. There is one assigned parking stall labeled villa 111. There is also visitor parking if you have an extra car.
Turtle Bay and our villa is perfectly located on the North Shore which is minutes from some of the most famous beaches in the world. 5 minute drive to Sunset and Banzai Pipeline. 10 minute drive to Waimea. Kawela Bay is located on the resort property. The likes of “Lost”, “Pirates of the Caribbean” and other movies were filmed there. We will also note in our guidebook where some of our favorite “secret” locals spots are.

Had a great time here with my husband and 2 kids (10 yrs and 7 yrs old). Most days we started at the pool and then grabbed some beach gear from the storage locker to explore local beaches. Would love to come back.

Villa was very well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils, pots and pans and dishes. Beds where very comfortable. Beach chairs and umbrellas where great. Pool was amazing. Would definitely recommend.

The property is beautiful and everything is so convenient. The parking spot is really close, pool is literally steps from the lanai and the beach is just past the pool. The beach was actually even closer than we pictured it would be. It was really convenient having the chairs, umbrella, cooler, snorkel gear and boogie boards, we didn’t have to purchase anything we typically would on a beach vacation. The master suite is giant and gives lots of privacy. Restaurants within walking distance, Lei Lei’s was our favorite! Overall wonderful experience for our family of 6.

Overall nice condo and location (very secluded and quiet) but has a lot of rules and a security guard who monitors constantly to enforce them, as in a child bringing pool toys or parking your car for a few minutes by your room to unload bags when you have kids and elderly people. Gruff and not friendly too. The hotel next door is the best perk but if you can afford it, better to stay there maybe.

Overall a fantastic stay! Property management was very quick to respond to any questions or issues we had. Condo was clean and comfortable, beach locker was well equipped with lots of chairs/umbrellas and snorkeling gear. Only minor issue was no place to store surfboards anywhere on the property, hence we had to store them on the roof of our car or drag them inside the condo.

We had a lovely stay in this clean well equipped condo. Stayed here with my husband, son and 2 of his mates for my sons 21st celebration and watch Pipeline surf contest. Super comfy beds. Beach, pools and restaurants nearby great! Will be back

We had our two young children as well as a grandparent with us, the 3 bedrooms gave everyone their own space and they even provided us with an air mattress. Condo had great beach/pool amenities that we used every day. We love the ground floor for the walk-out convenience. Can't wait to get back!

My family's 3rd visit to this property, always staying in similar ground floor 3 bedroom villa. They are very well appointed, very spacious, comfortable beds and good quality linens, thoughtfully equipped beach lockers. Minor issue attended to immediately. Great location as able to walk across grass to pool and beach. Only room for improvement is to get those sliding doors sliding more easily, as they get a lot of use. The lanai is lovely, and we love the whole North Shore relaxed vibe, whilst enjoying the amenities of the Turtle Bay Resort, which has been beautifully revamped since our last visit. Sea Turtles easily spotted both from the water and on walks, and occasional Monk Seal on beach. Don't miss the Prime Rib at the golf club restaurant, especially if your from Australia because we can't get it here. Hope to return.

This villa is very well maintained and very clean. The location is so nice to be ground floor so that it is easy to access the swimming pool and beach. The kitchen is stocked, but not as well as we would have liked. However, the beach chairs/snorkel equipment/cooler/toys, etc were great! The master suite is very large with a big closet, hallway to the bathroom, double doors separating the main living area. In case you are handicapped, there are two steps into the bedroom and two steps into the living room. We would definitely stay here again!

This was hands-down the best! The location was one of the most beautiful and peaceful. Steps from the sand and ocean. The unit was beautifully located in the complex right near the center with beautiful lush gardens and pool nearby. From the booking process all the way through the check out process, things were so smooth and easy. I especially liked the detailed instructions that you are given. So easy to follow and right on point. Kimberly was a delight to deal with. So helpful and very responsive . Everything worked beautifully and was exactly as described. We found this place for our last minute Covid getaway. They are very responsive and the description is accurate but it still doesn't fully describe how great the place is. We walked over to the golf course to play a round. We were able to snorkel right in front of our condo. And it was close enough to places for take-out food. We highly recommend this place and company and we'll be back!

If I knew how wonderful it was going to be to stay at ocean villas - I would have stayed here the entire length of my time on Oahu. The three bedroom ground floor villa was within an arms throw to the pool and beach. The tiki torches around the pool area and lovely plantings made sitting outside in the evening so relaxing. The master suite was spacious and set apart from the other two rooms and we loved having access to beach chairs, a cooler, and an umbrella. This is a perfect spot for a family. It’s not far from other beaches and activities but after a trip to the food store, there is no reason to leave as well. When we return to Oahu this will be where we stay for sure. The management co was helpful and sent detailed info on the condo, area and other activities.

Perfect weekend getaway for family of 6. Beautiful place and very clean.
Stay would have been perfect if kitchen is equipped with a little supply of kitchen essentials like a small bottle of cooking oil, small supply of foil or Saran Wrap which one can sometimes forget to buy on your way to a VRBO house and more especially when the nearest store is a few miles away.
The door latch in the sliding door broke right away (salt water corrosion is evident) and was brought to housekeeping’s attention right away & wax responded to immediately. Appreciate the quick response.
