The space

This brilliant white home stands proud against the scenic tropical backdrop and makes a statement the moment you arrive. The main entrance is set within a vast undercover porch that’s perfect for taking in the garden from the swing seat or easy chairs. Through the huge, custom-designed door, you’ll enter the first open-plan living space, which has been tastefully adorned with plants and artwork, carefully presented across the locally made furniture. Towards the farthest end of the property there’s a powder room and a few steps down there is a large laundry and bathroom with a double walk-in shower with access onto the driveway – perfect for removing sand after a day at the beach.
