Make yourself comfortable in this home away from home where you can make use of the picnic hamper, kid carts, pram, beach chairs and hats.
Located in a quiet leafy street, only footsteps to the charming village square with independent restaurants, cafés, boutiques and the Surf Club close by. Peregian Beach is part of the UNESCO- Noosa Biosphere Reserve and this home is perfectly positioned within it.
The space
This brilliant white home stands proud against the scenic tropical backdrop and makes a statement the moment you arrive. The main entrance is set within a vast undercover porch that’s perfect for taking in the garden from the swing seat or easy chairs. The area is beautifully complemented with a surfboard made by Master Shaper, Tom Wegener, alongside striking pottery and artful finishing touches.
Through the huge, custom-designed door, you’ll enter the first open-plan living space, which has been tastefully adorned with plants and artwork, carefully presented across the locally made furniture. Cosy-up on the comfy corner sofa while you watch a film or unwind with a book. Beneath the staircase, there’s an adorable hideaway for the kids, complete with a tepee and teddy.
The stunning dining table from Abide Interiors seats five and is well-positioned opposite the kitchenette, which has a fridge/freezer, microwave and sink area - ideal for light refreshments. Glide open the doors to let in the fresh air and enter a secluded oasis, featuring a covered cabana, entwined with fairy lights and scattered with cushions. Where better to unwind and enjoy some time out?
Choose from three beautifully styled bedrooms leading off the main living area. The largest bedroom features a king bed set upon a plush rug and soft carpet with neutral furnishings and a large wardrobe. As you enter the ensuite, your senses will be delighted by the aroma of mango and papaya – the perfect accompaniment to your shower.
The second and third coastal-inspired bedrooms are tiled with built-in robes, one features a queen bed and the other has a single bed with pull-out. They share a family bathroom with a shower. Towards the farthest end of the property there’s a powder room and a few steps down there is a large laundry and bathroom with a double walk-in shower with access onto the driveway – perfect for removing sand after a day at the beach.
Take the indoor or outdoor steps to the upper level, where you will enter the second open-plan living area. High ceilings, skylights, the fresh white décor with brass fittings and solid wood furniture combine to offer a luxe, yet relaxed environment to come together with your family or friends.
Attention to detail is second to none with banksia banisters, indoor plants and locally made pieces that complement this exquisite home. Unwind in the lounge area, dine under the chandelier on the COCO Republic dining table with seating for 12 or gather around the island bench to prepare a family meal. The sleek kitchen has top-of-the-range appliances and is well-designed, so you can cook and entertain at the same time. Slide open the doors onto the generous balcony that has a bar-style dining area for six and an undercover seating area for three. This is a wonderful space to enjoy the garden views and fresh sea air.
The fourth bedroom has a queen bed and wardrobe and is next door to the bathroom which features a shower over bath. There is an additional powder room. At the end of the property, you will be greeted by the grand main bedroom with a queen bed, two armchairs and beautiful furniture atop a soft carpet.
