About this apartment rental
Set in the picturesque market town of St Andrews, fondly known as the ‘Home of Golf’ and where Kate and Wills first met at university. Edradour is a traditional, elegant Georgian terraced apartment dating back to 1795. Located just a few hundred yards from the delightful, cobbled North, South and Market Streets with their independent shops, restaurants and eateries. Offering luxurious accommodation; this beautifully appointed first-floor apartment sports high cornice ceilings and large bay windows (not to mention a fair few quirky period accents) and is also just a five-minute stroll from East Sands beach and the Royal and Ancient Golf Club.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is featured throughout the property. Fully-equipped galley kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster and kettle, wine rack, iron and ironing board.
Living room – traditional Chesterfield sofa with wicker-backed Berger chairs, marble fireplace, separate 6-seat dining area by the bay window with scenic town views. Flat-screen TV, with integrated apps – Netflix, brit box, Amazon Prime, itvX and You Tube to name just a few. Bose CD player and oodles of Scottish and local history books to curl up on the sofa with and read with a wee dram.
Bedrooms x 2 are tastefully decorated with period furniture. High ceilings with cornice trim. Main bedroom has concealed TV on the wall and king-size French mahogany bed. Ample wardrobe and drawer storage. 2nd bedroom has a French mahogany double bed, high ceilings and original wood flooring. Both are bright and airy.
Large and exceptionally spacious white marble tiled bathroom features freestanding bath, wet room shower area, toilet, sink and towel rail and under floor heating. There is also a separate WC off the entrance hall.
Hotel quality towels and bed linen are featured in the property. Dimmable lighting for a chillaxed evening with your feet up.
Parking is available across the road on Howard Place, although spaces are limited. Spaces are more freely available later at night or early in the morning.

The apartment was beautiful and as described. Completely charming and a stones throw from food, shopping, and of course golf! Parking was a little bit of a challenge and recommend if coming from U.S. that you download the

The place was amazing, we didn’t want to leave! It had everything we needed, was super clean, beautifully elegant decorations, had all the essentials and even a carton of milk for coffee. Lots of little additions around the house that made us feel truly welcomed and special. The host was amazing, great and super fast communication. We went for my daughters graduation and they had a bottle of wine and chocolates and it was so central to the town without being too loud so we could walk every where easily but have a good nights sleep. Would highly recommend!! Also downstairs is the best Thai restaurant (tanon/thai pop up) so yum!! The large bay windows also allowed us to watch the world go by and see the sun set. Everything was fabulous!!
