Constructed in 1938 as the opulent residence of a wealthy family who maintained a staff of servants to attend to their needs. The echoes of that era can still be felt in the exquisite architectural details and overall character of this dwelling.
In 1964, an application was submitted to the city for a zoning change, and it was granted, officially designating the property as a legal triplex. This transformation ushered in new possibilities, leading to the rental of rooms to university students during the 1960s and 1970s. Those decades were marked by the vibrant energy of young scholars who chose this place as their home away from home. Over the years, the home has seen many transformations, and a diverse array of people have walked through its doors.
Today, I take pride in upholding the tradition of offering accommodations in this historically significant residence.

The pictures did not lie for this beautiful property. Very nice rental right in the heart of Burlington but with the feel of quiet / cozy living. The hostess was extremely friendly and very easy to communicate with. Will definitely be looking to stay at this property again.

We had a great time. The art deco architecture was very unique. The host was accommodating and the place was very clean. Beautiful views of Lake Ontario from 2 balconies and of course, from the roof top! We would definitely stay here again.

First trip to Canada was memorable all the way around, from weather, to location, comfort of the house and serene view of Lake Ontario! Couldn't have been better for four adults (family) enjoying our tour of Niagara Falls and the total solar eclipse. So glad we found this gem of a house to stay in!
