Truly a Family Beach House, your home away from home , solid rental history , two minute walk to the white powdery sand & the warm blue waters of the gulf . We are located kiddie corner from the beloved Heavenly Biscuit , The brand new sister restaurant of The Whale’s sister Bar & Grill Sandy Bottoms Bar & Grill is right next to house, ten minute walk to Times Square , Margaritaville with bars & restaurants & shops & spa to patron. Board the Key West Express over the bridge for just a day or longer . Our five bedroom two bath home is the absolute best family, pet friendly home on the island with brand new amenities .. if you choose not to spend your day on the beach , no worries our fenced in backyard is your own private tropical oasis , newly restored saltwater pool with heater , perfect area to soak in the sun , work on your tan , covered seating areas with outdoor fans, new Blackstone grill for those barbecuing enthusiasts, from the backyard you walk into the downstairs with a mini kitchen area , fridge for those pool beverages & snacks , coffee corner for those caffeine lovers, dining area , living area with a sofa sleeper , twin sleeper chair , with smart tv & sound bar . It’s laid out as a master suite , with king size bed , bathroom with shower , laundry room with brand new stackables, and a private bedroom with twin beds as well . As you go upstairs you will find a spacious open concept living area , 70 inch Smart TV ,brand new sliders that open up with a view of the backyard & pool area , dining areas, breakfast bar, a well stocked kitchen worthy of any food network cook, microwave , dishwasher, stove & fridge . A Keurig & Mr. Coffee, Airfryer and so much more . Full bathroom with shower/ tub combo . You will find a twin bedroom , a private master suite with king bed , our last bedroom is a queen with a view of the backyard & pool , every bedroom has new linens , new furniture quality pillows & mattresses for a good nights rest’s. Smart tv’s in each room as well . We’re guest ready for all your needs & wants . Beach Ready with beach chairs , cooler , umbrella and wagon . We have a high chair & play pen tucked away in case you need . We provide games & puzzles for adults & kids . Bikes & Gulf Cart rentals are back, delivered to house . The Tram & Trolley are up and running on Estero Blvd making it easier to get around . We truly take the time to not forget what makes a home a home . This house was perfect for our large group! We had plenty of room for each of us. The house was clean when we arrived as well. Best of all was the very close proximity to the beach! It was such an easy walk, even with our tent and chairs. What’s more, Mr. Taylor is a delight to rent from. He is attentive and kind, checking-in with us to make sure everything was to our liking. We thoroughly enjoyed spending our vacation here and hope to do so again in the future!

Our family enjoyed the location and comfort of this property. Just a walk across the street to the beach with a great access point, beach gear was even included. We appreciated the bikes, wagon, chairs, and towels. The backyard pool and patio was perfect for evenings with our kids. Plenty of beds and rooms made sleeping arrangements perfect for our large family of 8. The kitchen was well supplied with all cooking necessities and equipment. Cable tv service and AC worked well. Thomas was very accommodating and even asked us what we would need that he could additionally provide before we arrived. There was a high chair and portable crib that came in handy for the baby as well. We look forward to returning!

Mr. Taylor was a very gracious host. The house was tidy and ready for our large group. We had 6 adults and 3 kids. We had a relaxing time out by the heated pool when were done at the beach. It was a short walk to the shops and restaurants. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

The house was squeaky clean and neat. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. This property has a great access and easy walk to the beach. The beach wagon was a nice extra. We would definitely return to this property.
