Our stay at the 'Delightful studio' was good and worked well for my husband and I. There was plenty of space for the two of us. Our son also joined us for one night after dinner. The bed was comfortable and everything we needed was available. For the forgotten essentials, any store you can imagine is within 10-20 minutes. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet with exception to the dogs. *Beware of the large, barky, howling, very friendly, harmless dogs. Luckily, we are dog people and didn't mind the early morning howling rigging off throughout the neighborhood. Would recommend for early risers. We also have small children so didn't mind the morning baby routine. For us, none of this was a deal breaker.

It went well but we had a hard time to coordinate with the host as we were staying in his basement only he had access to the thermostat, at night the air conditioner were not working so we all felt very suffocated, the host was not responding to any of our requests till morning, the host can be a bit active an hour or so delay can be understandable but not 6-7 hours

We stay in this studio for a long weekend. It was easy to access and in a nice quiet neighborhood. The space was very clean and we really appreciated all the extra touches (Water in the fridge, Coffee machine, shampoo and conditioner, hairdryer). It's a nice space and we would stay again, if we visit Colorado Springs again.

This was our first experience using a VRBO stay. We were extremely impressed with the simplicity of the entire trip. Our room was very clean, the property was beautiful and our host was easy to contact. We would 100% stay here again in the future!

We are on the “older side”… so checking in was new to us… but with a little direction and encouragement we did it! We appreciated the patience.

We went to Colorado Springs to drop off our son to play football at the Air Force prep school. It was a great & quiet neighborhood. Everyone we ran into was so welcoming & there was so much that was literally right around the corner. Location was less than 10 minutes from the Academy & I would definitely stay here again when we come back to visit our son!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here during our recent road trip. In fact, my daughter rated this VRBO as her favorite that we stayed at during our whole trip.

We have mixed feelings about our stay.
Pros: The property was clean, smelled great, spacious, plenty of blankets, close to Pike's Peak, Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs. The host was responsive and nice too.
Cons: You could hear everything. Literally any noise upstairs, you could hear. Walking, a baby crying, people talking, the water running, people putting away dishes, and the worst of all was the two big dogs running up and down the stairs, barking and howling - waking us up almost every day in the morning - even after we reached out to the owner and they told us they would put the dogs away.
One of the days it was raining and we were trying to get inside and since you enter through the back gate, the 2 big dogs were out there jumping on me and trying to get into our VRBO. It was not what you want to deal with while trying to get inside from the rain. Another day, we came back to the property in the afternoon, and the owners had people over (which we understand they have a life) but they took our parking spots so we had to park a block away.
It was a nice place if you literally go to sleep and wake up early and leave all day - but we were very frustrated staying here trying to sleep past 7:00 a.m. as we were on a mini vacation. It was not ideal. Just want to be honest!

The Vrbo was very clean, except for some dog poop on the path in the backyard. The room was perfect for our road trip pit stop and was very close to the Gardens of the Gods.
