The property is worn and dated but you can’t best the location. The staff was friendly and it was easy to access lots of places and things to do in Myrtle.

It was complicated finding the room and the doors are too close to the one in front making it hard to use the cart with luggage. The balcony door was very hard to open and when opened it only opened a fraction so had to squeeze through. There were roaches we a saw a few. The building itself looked all and the pools were so dirty like the filtration system was not working. One of the pools even had a female pad at the bottom.

My Family and I enjoyed this facility very much. this will be our go-to place when we visit Myrtle Beach. the rooms were fantastic. Clean, spacious, and fully equipped to make your stay hassle-free. I also liked the fact they had staff on duty to tend to our needs 24-7.

Rooms were clean, easy access to beach , did not like the room access codes but I do understand the cost of replacing room card key.

Our Stay was okay. We stayed in an Owners suite. Whoever owns the Unit , pulled all of the Carpet out of the Room, and replaced it with some type of tile. It just would have made our stay a whole lot better if there had been Carpet in at least part of our one bedroom suite. Also there was no Washer or Dryer in the suite , as stated on the website. We’ve have stayed at Baywatch a few times a there has always been a Washer an a dryer in this type of room( suite) . We ask someone at the front desk about not having a washer a Dryer in our suite, an and they told us that none of the owners suites have Them. And that you have to request to be put in tower 2. But there’s no guarantee that you will get put in that tower .

The hotel was great. Everything was clean.I didn't like you have to pay extra for your food if your doing a take out. Pay for plastic ware, take out tray. The hotel is very out dated. My refrigerator didn't work. The ice machine on my floor didn't work. Furniture needs to updated

We stayed in room 1701. I didn’t know at the time that when you book you are booking your specific room. I love this. The pools we clean. The staff was friendly. The parking garage was tight but convenient. It was easily accessible to the beach. If you needed something the staff was quick to act on it. The pricing for the room, services and convenience was amazing. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Myrtle beach next time.

1310 was a clean well equipped studio. The balcony was tiny. The hallway before you entered the door was dimly lit almost dark. The staff was wonderful to assist. Needs some upgrades done to the buildings. Great room. Sort of okay building.

The facility looked worn out. My guess room was worn out. The carpet in my room probably had never been cleaned. The room had an old musty smell. The walls had stains on them. The furniture was very, very old. The only good thing was the food for the family meet and greet and the banquet. It was excellent. The lobby and those public areas were nice. However once you go to the guest floors, those areas did not look clean. I won’t be staying there again.

The beds were uncomfortable-mattresses very thin need to be replaced . pillows were lumpy and needed to be replaced . Housekeeping did not come so we had to go get our own towels from front desk or call and wait for them to come. Otherwise nice hotel felt safe there elevators worked great . Parking garage nice but a little bit of a walk .

My first concern was about the main security feature to the building we stayed in. This was a locked door, accessed by a security code. During our entire stay, this door security was inoperable. Anyone could get immediate access into the building, whether they belonged there or not. My second complaint was that the room we were given was considerably smaller than what was pictured in the on-line advertisement. I realize there were different sized units, with varying accommodations, but I was careful to specify what I wanted, and sought pictures of an appropriate unit before making my reservation. The room we were given did not match the photos shown. Beyond these concerns, the place was generally pretty clean, and the staff was pleasant and helpful.

The check in process was wonderful. Received a text that the room was ready early and check in staff was very friendly. We typically stay for at Baywatch for a week and rent a condo. We were just passing through for a couple of nights so we had a studio. It was quite noisy in our little corner. The room was updated but very “tight” for 3 of us. The main parts of the room were clean, but we could tell it was a quick clean—dirt/sand on the floors partway under the beds, change left on the floor under the beds. Cleaning crew most likely “hit the highlights.”

The property itself is great. Staff is friendly and helpful. There are several pools and they are clean. The room we stayed in this visit was a typical hotel room, the bed was rather uncomfortable but not nearly as bad as the couch. The couch cushions simply sank into the pullout bed frame. While sitting on the balcony on our final night a large cockroach ran across our feet. The person at the front desk said, "Oh it's just a palmetto bug." Guess what? That's an american cockroach. So needless to say we are alittle disappointed.

The property as a whole was good and all staff that we came in contact with was very very nice. The unit we stayed in was ok. If you are wanting to see the ocean from your room this is not the one to stay in. The doors to enter the room could use some TLC. The room was fine…. Nothing special.

First, we booked this a long time ago and requested a lower floor due to having a young child. Instead, we were put on the 18th floor. The elevators also went out one day and we had to walk up and down 18 flights of stairs to get to our room. One elevator never did work, so the wait for the elevator was horrible when they were working. The water was also not working for part of one day. They no longer have activities for the kids either as in years past. We used to love Baywatch and have stayed several times, but will not be staying here again. In years past, our only issue was bugs one year, but we thought we’d give Baywatch another try, but we should have gone somewhere else. Super disappointing for our child’s birthday trip!

I came down with two kiddos. The condo was perfect for us. One bedroom with a king, 1 Murphy bed in living area as well as a pull out couch. The owners left plenty of supplies such as laundry soap, dish soap,etc. I did struggle with the code getting in because it is a very long code and it only gives you a few seconds before it times you out, but the front desk was gracious enough to solve that problem for me. The room was clean. Bathroom was a little dated, but not too bad. I went the weekend before the 4th and the. Loser we got to the actual holiday, the busier the beach got. By Tuesday, it was practically standing room only. That's not the property's fault, just something that was worth noting. Over all, I would stay here again, maybe just at a different time.

The people at the desk were less than helpful, would not listen to our concerns. Neighbors were noisy! The girl at the ice cream shop was rude, and rude to her coworker!! I would not recommend staying here!

At first glance, this seemed like a nice hotel. However, there were not enough handicapped parking spots, and the staff was less than friendly. We ended up checking out early due to someone hitting a transformer and loosing power.

Room was nice but could have used a coat of paint. refrigerator needed to be replaced but functional. Overall a very nice place to stay. This was our second stay. First time we used Vrbo and this time with hotel. Much rather go straight through hotel.

Hotel staff were wonderful. Check in was easy. My only concern when I booked was there was only one parking pass with our room and we had two cars but We were able to purchase a second parking pass for $25 a night for our second car and we parked it in the overflow parking lot in front of the hotel so that it would be safe. The pools are awesome. No one brought clean towels or picked up dirty towels from our room… we had to go to the front desk daily to get fresh towels to shower with. Overall it was great and we will definitely stay here again!

Pools were nice. Parking was horrible. We had a room that sleep 6 and we had to take to cars. We could only one car and were told to take the other car and park it 7 miles away at Walmart. They had additional parking on property for 25.00 a day but none was available. 3 levels of parking garage was empty the entire stay

We stayed at Bay Watch Resort for our honeymoon. The room was fantastic, and the property was well maintained. We’d recommend Bay Watch to anyone.

The room needs to be updated. The room has very old furniture and the old 70’s colors. The ten digit code to get in the room was ridiculous, if it needs to be 10 digits then use the reservation phone number, so that it doesn’t take you ten minutes to get the numbers off the card into the lock.
