BEAUTIFUL Location right on the water we saw whales in the ocean has a restaurant Nick's rock about on properly. We were there on a Sunday and went to a restaurant Grape in the fog which had a jazz band. Everyone had dogs walking around We came from the airport in an Lyft($30) if you have bags and your room is not ready they don't have stops they let us put them in the room while cleaning. NO AC ROOM WAS VERY HOT. WE HAD TO KEEP THE WINDOWS AND DOOR OPEN. We were there for just one night

The people were nice and the hotel was literally on the beach. They have no AC and they are just run down and tiny. The shower is a tiny stall shower and the bathroom was very much an old Motel.

It is a simple motel byt the ocean/beach location is GREAT ans the price is right!

Watched whales from our room window. Simple hotel and rooms not to big but location makes it a Jem. Location is amazing.

It was a great view when the parking lot in front of the rooms were gone ,super busy and no place to just relax by the room only inside it

Cleanyness

honestly one of my worst experiences. Didn’t feel safe at all, rooms were close to each other and thin, sketchy area and people, lied abt having air conditioning and 24/7 staffing overnight. Parking lot had small spaces and were known for people rear ending and driving off. Room felt like a storage unit, heat box. The bathroom was out dated. Expedia fixed my refund for the stay thankfully. Never again.

We loved our stay. Staff was great. Our room was very nice and clean.

The view from the tiny room was great. I use a walker (age77) and the room was NOT ADA compliant. No bar by the toilet. The doorways were very narrow and I could barely get my walker through them.

This us right on the ocean. There is a small beach access on the side with sand of the hotel. Beach access not real accessible. You can hear the waves crashing in your room which is great . That being said. Here is the down side. Old mattresses on our beds. Bathroom door sticks and doesnt close. Shower door does not latch. No in room coffee maker. There is one in the small lobby but was not working. Hot water only. We had hot chocolate and tea so that was at leadt something. The lobby hours are 8 to 10. If you get locked out of your room and call the hotel its just a recording. Someone locked herself out and there was a guest that stays here alor that knocked on the room door next to the lobby to wake up the staff to let her in. The bell didnt work in the lobby. Hotel in a good location but is pretty old and in rough shape

Great property friendly staff and stones throw to the brach

Right on the beach, you hear waves crashing all day and night. May bother some. Plenty of shops near by including Nicks which may host a live band. Rooms are a but outdated but that only bothered the wife. I'm also a fisherman and I managed to land quite a few surf perch. We surely be return in the future.

Sink was backed up. We notified the front desk and the problem was still there when we returned later that evening. They switched us to another room but only after it took 45 minutes to get someone to authorize that. Spoke to the owner the next morning and she gave us a poor excuse as to why it wasn’t fixed Said she would refund a portion of the stay but have not seen anything.

Easy beach access

We had a good stay at Seabreeze. The location is great, it’s right on the beach and it has a restaurant connected and there are other restaurants nearby. The room was clean and it was quiet at night all we heard was the sound of the waves hitting the rocks! We will definitely come back!

People were talking loudly outside our room at 6:00 am. The mattress was lumpy. You could see it standing next to bed with the sheet and comforter pulled back. When you you took a shower the water got up to your ankles. My husband said we are out of Here even though we prepaid for other days.

This is a gem! Just a little Motel but friendly peeps who run the place, clean & comfortable, coffee all day & ON THE BEACH!!

The service was great and the room was very clean. There are extra blankets and towels, and a mini-refrigerator. The bed is a bit hard, and the walls are paper-thin, so you can hear loud neighbors pretty clearly, but there's a 10pm noise cap, and during our stay, pretty much everyone obliged. All-in-all, we loved our stay and will definitely be back. Nothing beats the ocean view, beach access and sounds of the waves! We ate at Breakers and Rockin' Rob's while we were there and both were delicious.

Great location

This is our first stay here. The motel is great for it's location and the staff was really nice. We were enjoying ourselves so much we booked an extra night. We did have to switch rooms for the second night but the view was even better. The room was clean and fresh. No frills but I appreciated the fridge and extra towels/blankets. Being this close to the ocean we slept with the window open so the extra blankets were needed. There are a lot of people around walking around but we never felt unsafe even with the windows open. We were slow to get up our second day and paid for a late checkout. We ate at Nick's, Moonrakers, and Breakers... All just a short walk. The food was amazing. The only thing a little disappointing which has nothing to do with the hotel was that our child is in a wheelchair and we couldn't get her to the beach from the motel. I had looked at pictures before we booked and it looked like with some work we could but it was too steep in person. That's okay! We knew from previous trips the Taco Bell on the beach down the road had a good wheelchair access point (still not technically accessible). Her chair fit in the room and exteria chair wouldn't have fit in the bathroom. or hallway. It's not a need for us but we expected this since we didn't ask for an accessible room. All in all great stay from the Sea Breeze Motel! We will definitely be back!

Amazing as always, The rooms have been Remodelled which they needed, they looked fantastic However, they should have changed the mattresses as well. Because the mattress felt like it was from the 1979's, very uncomfortable. With that being said we will definitely be back.

Perfect location! Loved sleeping with the window cracked & hearing the ocean all night! Beverly was super friendly! Moonraker was a beautiful restaurant and right across the street! The shower drain was SUPER sluggish so the water level rose and rose while I was showering. It did eventually drain after I got out, but it was kind of gross while I was showering (plus I had to rush so the water didn't overflow out of the shower). The bed was also pretty uncomfortable.
