This was the perfect location for a weekend with my best friend. You feel truly away from everyone but it takes ten steps to all the fun things to do. The host was awesome and the house was decorated thoughtfully. I felt at home.

This place is a gem. Very well appointed, comfortable and quiet. Close to the beach and about a 30 min. walk to downtown Santa Barbara. The proximity to the freeway is a little noisy but did not keep us from enjoying our time.

Sandor was a fantastic host and has put a ton of effort into creating a beautiful place to stay in Santa Barbara. The surrounds of the house are lush greenery, the backyard has a great hot tub and grill, the home is perfect for a couple to spend a few days

Cozy home, well landscaped yard provides privacy, and great location just a few blocks from the beach. Hot tub was nice during cool evenings.

My husband and I stayed here during a trip to Santa Barbara and fell in love with this beautiful cottage. It has all amenities and is above all, completely private. It’s ideally located and close to everything you’d want. We loved the taco shop down the street, and the beach was only a few steps away. The host was accommodating and friendly. I recommend this rental to everyone!

I came with my wife to celebrate an anniversary. Sandor’s house was a wonderful place to stay. Everything was great and even though it’s somewhat off the beaten path (in an industrial area), I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. It’s very quiet and all of the trees/plants are wonderful. Sandor has a landscape business and it was great being immersed in the variety of plants he had chosen for the house. Just one thing to note, his trucks for his business park next to the house, adjacent to the bedroom window so if you stay during the week, just make sure to keep the window closed- but not really an issue at all!

We very much enjoyed this cottage while staying for a long weekend. Walked to a concert at Santa Barbara Bowl from here (an easy walk of about 1 mile) and also had great walking access to the beach and the Funk Zone to meet some friends the next day.
Beautifully decorated as well. Would gladly stay here again on a future trip!

Sean was a great host and the bungalow exceeded our expectations. It’s definitely a hidden gem and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful place in Santa Barbara - everything is so close and within either walking distance or a short drive. Looking forward to our next visit.

Tucked away in an industrial part of town - this 1 bed 1 bath impressed. Meticulously landscaped property and almost brand new building. Tropical vibes everywhere. Nice jacuzzi. Clean home. Fireplace worked great. Large shower. Please note - this property is extremely close to the freeway - doors/windows closed this is no issue at all, but do know if outside or inside with windows open, you will hear cars. Property is completely fenced and secured. 30 second walk from the batting cages/tri county produce/the habit. Would stay again.

This is an awesome spot for a short or long stay in SB! The hosts have thought of everything you could need and are very responsive. The spot is close to the freeway, but I was pleasantly surprised that it was barely noticeable. The proximity to everything makes it worth it too. It’s private and super secure while feeling like a lush getaway due to all the greenery in the gardens. The house is adorable and very comfortable. I will absolutely be staying again when I come back!

Was very lucky to find this place for my boyfriend and I’s anniversary. Conveniently located, with the beach, supermarket and downtown very close. The house itself was very cozy: comfortable bed and the fireplace was awesome. The hot tub was a dream. Would definitely book again!

WOW, Top notch acommodations, everything was so well maintained and thought out, from the very comfortable bed and bedding as well as towels and glassware. You need to bring nothing, everything is there for you. Sandor was quick to return calls or texts.

I loved this home. It was very modern, clean, and had an awesome beachy vibe. The fireplace was perfect for the colder winter weather and the jacuzzi was always hot. All the necessary amenities were provided and the hosts were very helpful and always responsive to any questions. I would plan on staying here again sometime in the future

Very cute and relaxing place. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner for our college son and his girlfriend. We enjoyed the hot tub several times, backyard was nice with very mature plants and flowers, loved the fireplace while watching the football games and a movie. Close to the ocean and downtown State street. We barbecued a nice dinner and had all the amenities needed. Would rent this place again for sure.

This is the most memorable vacation house i've ever stayed in. Everything was brand new and lovely. The house was clearly designed and built with a lot of care and attention to detail. The plants and backyard are gorgeous and the hot tub works very well. Highly recommend this house to anyone.
