If you are looking for an excellent condo in the highly sought after North Scottsdale Grayhawk location than this is your place.
The Space:
Welcome to our property!
Please read our policies before booking. They answer most of the questions our guests have and provide important information regarding our properties. Please note that this homes furnishing may be slightly different than pictured, as furnishings are updated at the property when necessary.
This is a superbly decorated 2 BR, 2.5 Bath, condo in the secure Grayhawk community. The location is awesome and the condo is even more so. heated pool and spa, community center with clubhouse, and exercise facilities. In addition, Grayhawk offers miles and miles of walking and biking trails, picnic areas and community parks. The condo is 1,837 sqft with high ceilings and has been recently upgraded, updated, newly furnished with all new plush furniture, and otherwise just a beautiful space.
*Please keep in mind this home is only available for longer term stays, and must have a 30 day lease. If you have a shorter stay we may be able to accommodate you at one of our other properties. Please ask us about other properties that we may have available for shorter time frames.
SLEEPING AREAS:
Master suite with queen-size bed and attached full bathroom
Private bedroom with queen-size bed and attached full bathroom
COMMON AREAS:
Kitchen, dining room and living room. A fully stocked laundry room, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are also available. Alternative workspace available in the separate den with dedicated desk space.
(Children supplies such as highchair and pack n play are available for rent, please ask if needed. $3 per day per item, plus a $20 delivery charge. All fees subject to Arizona sales tax.)
PARKING:
The condo comes with a secure 2 car garage.
**No Trailer or RV Parking Accommodations**

*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a startup supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc. so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you have a longer stay planned, you may need to purchase some of these items.
When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your group as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. With that info we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc. WE are happy to answer any questions you may have.
LOUD PARTIES AND LARGE GATHERINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
Please only book this home if you will respect the neighborhood and its residents. Please limit noise when you are outside and observe quiet hours from 9PM to 9AM.

If your trip is more adventure focused, the home is located near the Red Rock Mountain. Saguaro Lake is not far away as well. This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums, the Barrett Jackson auto show, the Arabian Horse Show, the Fiesta Bowl and all the other great area events.
If you are going to be travelling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.
Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife).
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
*Noise ordinance set in place 10pm-8am. Subject to additional fees if not followed.
*Thermostats may have temperature limit locks (i.e. 72 deg.) to prevent being set at temperatures that may cause catastrophic damage in high heats or to help control out of the ordinary utility costs throughout the year.
*We do not have control or authority over the community vendors (pool, landscape, pest control, etc.) they have access the grounds and service may occur during your stay.
Disclaimers
This property will require an Arizona lease to be signed for any stays of 30 days or more. Typically, the terms are no different from what you agree to on this site and this is more a requirement by the state of Arizona and/or this community. This home also has a utility cap that applies for stays of 30 days or more. The homeowner pays all home utilities up to a utility cap of $200, the tenant pays any utilities over cap. This cap typically only applies in the summer months depending on tenant utility usage.

Guest Access:
You will have access to all areas of the condo. You also have access to the laundry area if you`ve been on the road for a while, and the kitchen in case you want to cook a home-cooked meal.
The Neighborhood:
Life at Cachet at Grayhawk is akin to living in a resort. Nearby shopping includes Fry’s Signature Grocery Store at Hayden Crossing and Bashas Grocery at Grayhawk Plaza.
Getting Around:
We HIGHLY advise having a car if you stay with us, and we have off-street parking available for you. Phoenix is a SUPER spread out city (50+ miles in all directions), so while we do have public transportation near us, it can take a while to get to your destination by bus. By car, we are 10-20 minutes to many popular destinations.
Feel free to ask about distances, and I`ll let you know average drive times.
