There is also a fully refundable security deposit of £300, which is collected offline, we require prior to check in.

If house rules are obeyed and no damages caused, the deposit clears from your bank statement 7 working days after your check-out.

We require all guests to send a form of identification (ID), preferably a drivers licence.

We offer a 2 -hour later check-out for 12 pm or early check in from 2 pm, for an extra fee of £25, subject to availability.

Our customer service team closes at 9:00pm, it is required that all verification is complete 24 hours prior to check in, upon last minute bookings we recommend doing this as soon as possible to avoid any disruption to your check in.
