Guests will be greeted with a furnished front seating area on the patio – perfect for enjoying an early morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine while looking out onto the greenbelt and mountain views.
The inviting living room is light and bright with gorgeous white oak vinyl flooring, retro, yet modern furnishings, and a large flatscreen TV.
The open kitchen and dining area is ideal for gathering with a sleek kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast counter with two stools, and a beautiful dining table. Prefer to dine alfresco? The kitchen leads out to an enclosed outdoor patio with comfortable furnishings and two hammocks – ideal for relaxing after a long day at the pool.
Sun-kissed and sleepy, guests will have sweet dreams in their choice of 3 comfortable upstairs bedrooms. The stylish primary bedroom has floor to ceiling closets with an en suite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has a twin-size daybed with twin trundle and can also be used as an office – great for sending a few emails before an early tee-time at nearby Tahquitz Creek Public Golf Resort. The two guest bedrooms share a hallway bathroom.
The lower level features a convenient laundry closet with a stacked washer / dryer and a guest powder room.
