We enjoyed the convenience of this house to all parts of town and the price was very reasonable. The photos and other reviews are accurate.

The house was very well setup. Very clean. Only thing I would suggest is step stool for bedroom off the kitchen. Bed is very high would make it easier to get into the bed. Also a bedside lamp for the other bedroom. Will stay again if available. Thank you!

Overall wonderful communication and wonderful stay. Beds were comfortable and many amenities were provided. Would definitely recommend. My only possible negative was slight concern over neighborhood. Houses close together and some.needed repair

Parking and neighbor a little sketchy but cute and comfortable!

Overall our stay was good. The location was great and only a few blocks walk from the capitol building and a short drive from the older downtown area. Also it was very easy to get around to other sights in the area.
The cottage itself was generally pretty comfy and clean. Some of the kitchen cabinets weren't great and dishes had been put away wet (and were still wet) but overall we felt comfortable.
The one thing to note is the check-in instructions sent mentioned pictures helping to explain the parking locations were available on the listing's check-in information but there is nothing in the check-in information on Vrbo. We figured it out by just parking where we saw others parking and it was fine so we didn't reach out to the hosts. But it would have been helpful to have a printout of the relevant info in the information book in the property at least (as the only info in there on parking also mentioned looking at the listing information online which wasn't helpful).

Everything was very organized, clean and prepared.

Cottage was cute and exceptionally clean with everything you could need. A couple of things could have been better. The bathroom is on the back of the house which made it a trek in the middle of the night. Some of the blinds had broken slats which made me a little nervous about people peaking in, especially considering how close the homes are. The shower also needs some work. The neighborhood is aged with small renovated houses beside houses that are a bit run down. Didn’t feel unsafe but not what we were expecting. Parking is on the street and very tight. There are friendly neighborhood cats.

Great location, close to distilleries. House was nice for a wknd getaway with 2 couples. A few things could use a little upgrading in kitchen and pillows. But was nice little place and would go back,

This stay was alright. Could’ve been better with more communication on behalf of the host. The bathroom sink had a leak and it was late at night. We messaged the host and they responded right away and would send someone over the next day. It would’ve been nice to know when they were sending someone over to fix the sink but there wasn’t any communication about that. We stopped in for a bit during the day to drop off some items and the person fixing the sink was there. Not a big deal however, it would’ve been nice to know if someone was there just so we didn’t get startled. In the evening when we returned, there was still water dripping from the bottom of the sink. We notified the host and someone would get sent out in the morning again. The good thing is the problem seemed to work itself out and the sink stopped dripping after I cleaned it up. The floors are dirty so bring your own house slippers. The list of snack/breakfast items on the board was not available. Not a big deal but the board was misleading. The location was great. 15-20 minute walking distance to downtown which has plenty of restaurants and bars. One thing that I wish we knew was that there are neighborhood cats around. We weren’t sure if they were strays or if they belonged to the neighbors. There are several of them and they all seem to be nice and keep to themselves. Sometimes at night they might startle you. Overall decent stay but things could have been better.

Nice place and easy check-in. First time in a VRBO. Great access to the Frankfort distilleries and downtown restaurants and other attractions. However, it is only a 1 bath. The listing on VRBO says 1+, so we thought there was a half bath, there is only ONE bathroom.

My coworker and I recently stayed here and the space was not only nice but impeccably clean, making it a very comfortable stay. Its location was ideal, conveniently close to local attractions, amenities, and the Capitol, which made exploring the area a breeze. Additionally, communication with the host was seamless and efficient, ensuring any questions or needs I had were promptly addressed. Overall, it was a wonderful stay that exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn't hesitate to book again.
