The living space is a contemporary oasis, boasting a spacious sectional sofa, a TV to stream your favorite shows, and a dining table that comfortably seats six. The kitchen is a chef's dream, with gleaming stainless steel appliances, cookware essentials, and a charming kitchen island. Take in the breathtaking views from the main-floor balcony, complete with an outdoor dining table and enjoy the breeze from the patio's hammock.
To access the cozy primary bedroom on the third floor, you can take the elevator or stairs. The bedroom has unique wood furnishings, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms share a Jack-n-Jill bathroom that has a shower and tub combination, while the second guest room highlights balcony access. Additionally, there is a half bath and a washer and dryer available for guests' convenience.

Casa Cortez is a smart and eco-friendly vacation rental located in Cortez, which is just a short distance away from Anna Maria Island. This charming fishing community has a lot to offer, including water-based activities, a historical village, local boutiques, and waterfront dining.
Hunter's Point is a unique and brand-new community with eighty-six single-family luxury homes designed to live in harmony with the environment without sacrificing comfort, each self-generating enough power to run itself.
