The main level features a spacious owner's suite, washer/dryer, and two guest suites upstairs. Beach essentials like towels and chairs are provided for your convenience. Just a short stroll away, indulge in the sun, on the beach. Inside, a fully stocked kitchen and charming dining area invite gatherings and culinary delights. Experience coastal living at its finest in this meticulously crafted retreat.
Guest Access:
Instructions for arrival are emailed 5 days prior to arrival. Door code is sent the afternoon of your arrival.

This home is located on First Avenue, a lovely area full of families, restaurants within walking distance, and the ocean, just across Fletcher Avenue.
Getting Around:
Amelia Island, a picturesque beach town, offers various modes of transportation, including cars, golf carts, bikes, and scooters, catering to diverse preferences and ensuring convenient travel for all.

You are emailed check-in instructions 5 days before arrival
You are emailed the door code on the day of arrival
DEPOSIT INFORMATION
The $500 hold is collected upon the day of arrival and released 3 days after checkout, given there is no damage to the property

Bookings over 30 days may require additional cleaning fees and an additional security deposit

*10% OF THE BOOKING FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE THE BOOKING IS CONFIRMED

*FOR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 31-60 DAYS OF THE RESERVATION: 50% OF THE TOTAL RESERVATION IS REFUNDABLE

All of our properties are self check-in, with detailed instructions sent 5 days prior to arrival.
We are here if you need us, as our office is located just downtown and a staff member will be available to you Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, as well as after hours for urgent matters.
