Jill was a great and responsive host, location couldn’t have been better! Close to all the activities we planned from golfing and checking out bush gardens. High recommend!

Our stay in Williamsburg was fun for the whole family . We enjoyed Colonial Williamsburg and a special dinner at The Kings Arms and a Ghost Walk which our tween granddaughters loved. We rode the Rollercoasters at Busch Gardens and went to the water park which we would skip next time. Each night we returned to the comfort of our home for the week which felt like home with everything we could possibly need. We didn't need to contact Jill, the owner, but she contacted us because my husband forgot his sunglasses which she offered to return . Very kind !

Great location to everything you could possibly need! Only 15 minutes to both parks and only 10 Ms to colonial downtown. I would stay here everytime, the property owners were wonderful In their communication from the beginning of booking my trip to the very end! Their house is full of charm and from simple things like coffee and creamers to light snacks that greeted your arrival. I highly Pleasure recommend this home for your next family stay.

In previous visits to BG and WC amusement parks we rented a local hotel. Over the years the family has gotten larger and we also travel with a blind dog we've learned not to trust with boarders. A property like this makes the entire vacation experience better, simply put. We had an unexpected issue due to strong rains, and the property owner not only replied congenially at 1 AM but had someone out the next day to help assuage the issue which allowed us to remain comfortably until departure. I would consider staying here again.

One of the better stocked homes we have stayed in. We usually do some cooking and we found most everything we needed. Toiletries if needed and ample paper products were available. Jill was responsive when contacted. The home is conveniently located to area attractions. Overall we would stay again if we returned to Williamsburg.

This house was in a good location for all that we planned to do. We had kids and dogs and great for both, multiple TV's and 2 separate living rooms gave everyone space. The fenced yard was great for having dogs. The owner communicated quickly with us. Great experience and place!

The house had ample space for five adults, 2 children, and 2 small dogs. The pictures on the website were an accurate reflection. There is a park within a two-minute walk that was great for our dogs. Neighborhood was quiet. House was convenient to Busch Gardens, Water Country USA, and Colonial Williamsburg. No complaints at all and we would definitely stay there again in the future.

We had a very nice time at Jill's house. With 4 bedrooms, we each had our own room. The location was very central to most everything we wanted to do: Historic Williamsburg, outlets, quaint shops, restaurants, churches.
Just a few issues arose but nothing major to ruin our trip. On the whole, it was a very nice rental.

Our extended family vacation was awesome. This lovely home was accurately represented, clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the separate family rooms so different generations could enjoy their favorite tv shows and activities. The host responded immediately when I had questions, and was very gracious and helpful. Would highly recommend!!

We had the best stay during our recent trip to Williamsburg. The house was clean and so well stocked. Sheets and towels as well as shampoo, soap, detergent, trash bags, paper towels, snacks, coffee, tea, toilet paper, blankets, pillows, games, books, bikes, etc. were all provided. All of the beds were very comfortable. And this house was dog friendly! Our host, Jill, was just a text away and was very responsive. The next door neighbors have many ATVs, etc. in their front yard, but don't let that scare you...they are very personable and kind. Thank you, Jill, for a great stay during our daughter's graduation from William and Mary.

The house is located in the heart of Williamsburg right by William & Mary. We had three adult couples, two small children and two dogs and had plenty of room. Two separate areas to hang out in, a dining room for 8 that we used, and a yard. The grass was quite high when we arrived but our host quickly had someone come out to cut it once we contacted her.
The house is well stocked!
Jill is an outstanding and very responsive host, can’t thank her enough!!

Spacious and well appointed. Host very helpful. Vrbo app did not allow us to attach a photo to messages to our host.

Home is as listed, great location for day trips, and close to stores. House had more than everything we needed during our stay. The children in one area and adults in another made the evenings great.

Our family, including our dogs, stayed for a week. It was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the fenced-in back yard, well-equipped kitchen, and spacious house to relax in between our adventures. The location was convenient to Colonial Williamsburg, William and Mary, shopping, restaurants, and many other local attractions. We would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house over a long New Year's weekend. We loved the holiday decorations, the convenience of the location, the well-- stocked kitchen and the super - responsive, friendly host. The couple of concerns we had were responded to, immediately. Overall this was one of the best STR experiences I've had in the US or Europe. I would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

We have family in Williamsburg and were visiting for Christmas. We had our adult son, his wife and two children (under 3 years) and my adult daughter AND a dog. It was perfect. The house is comfortable, roomy, in close proximity to many shops and restaurants and minutes away from tourist attractions. The kitchen was well equipped for fixing meals. We have stayed in many short term rentals and this one was particularly well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay, including a high chair for the toddler. The house was decorated for Christmas and added to our holiday fun. On our last day, our dog bolted and got lost in the woods adjacent to the neighborhood. Jill was so kind to put the "lost dog" announcement on Next Door. We have been to Williamsburg hundreds of times, so we didn't need recommendations on things to do or see, but if you're new to the area, Jill has created a wonderful book for the house with lots of great information. I highly recommend this property.

The house was spacious enough for 6 adults with children to play, eat, etc. We didnt use them, but there are several tv's for lazy days. The weather didn't permit, but there is a lovely outdoor seating area and a firepit that we will use next time.
There were some minor issues (new renovation stuff), but issues were dealt with quickly and host was very responsive.
