This is a split level home with 4 steps up and 4 steps down once inside the main level.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. It includes a small kitchen table and in the nearby dining room we provide a 8 person dining table with chairs.

ADDITIONAL PET NOTICE: Dogs must be approved. You may be asked to disclose pet records, breed, and size. There is a additional non-refundable pet deposit. Owners are required to pick-up poops prior to departure. No cats.
Parties & other large events are prohibited by owner.

FINAL NOTE:
We respect our neighbors and properties. If we receive a call from neighbors, the police, or there is residual smoke smell inside the home YOU WILL BE CHARGED an $800 fine. NO EXCEPTIONS. We take great care in maintaining our home for guest and want the home to be enjoyable for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation.
